it was very frustrating and unfair.

i had asked if there was an AMA discount offered. i was told 'yes there is, but because we are so booked this w/e, we are NOT offering any discounts.' this is NOT RIGHT! It seems that there was discrepancy of rates being quoted and then charged. ... depending on the supply and demand within city. there should be a set price for the room. we were quoted one price and then charged an much bigger price. this is just not right ... i had other friends who were quoted a low price ($163)and then charged much higher ($273) per night.

Quiet and clean bed Stafc are nice

-i paid 265/night without even a breakfast offer, -the key card does not work everytime I come back to the room then i have to go down again to have it fixed-sucks

The staff were pleasant and beds comfortable & clean

It was central to locations we visited.

The property was good. The luggage carts were quite old and need replacing.

Great stay with everything you need

Water slide, huge room with two king beds and staff was awesome with everything we went to them about

Beds were good but the lack of over all cleanliness made the stay disappointing.

The restaurant on site was convenient for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the room was large.

The pool area was disgustingly dirty! The hot tub had a black ring around the inside and at the top of the water slide there was a pair of women’s underwear. The pool attendant sat outside smoking. We had to ask for the water slide to be turned on. Also the hallways onmain floor had a nauseating smell of must/mold, so much so we had to cover our faces when walking to the restaurant thru the building.

Overbooked

Hotel was overbooked.. when we arrived they had no rooms available even though they confirmed I had a reservation. They basically said we're having computer issues and tough luck. You'll have to find another hotel.

Wish the jets worked

The receptionist was just a gem. I rented room 203 with jacuzzi and was somewhat disappointed because most of the jets were plugged up. I was looking so forward to it...maybe next time. I would suggest you have them clean.

Paid extra for a jacuzzi that didn't perform properly see picture....no bubbles 😞😓😩

i had some important work that needed to be done but wifi wasn’t working at all… couldn’t connect to it, called front desk she said to try the ‘access’ code gave me the password but still not working.

Most comfortable beds

Very comfy beds, the spa bath was a nice way to relax after a long day of driving. Clean and quiet.

awful!

I booked a two queen bed suite with a sofa bed and they changed my room and didn’t inform me, I found out myself when I got to the room. one of my family members had to sleep on the floor! when I called front desk she didn’t offer anything to solve the problem and the whole main floor smelled funky

Everything was pretty much status quo.

This time they tried putting me on the second floor right next to the elevator and tried to refuse giving me another room when I complained. They said it was because I booked through booking.com. So apparently they reserve the worst rooms for those booking through booking
