Diune Hotel

Nice hotel in the beach area although on the outskirts of the city of Kolobrzeg, therefore a car or taxi may be required to access restaurants and attractions in Kolobrzeg. There are multiple resorts,' sanatorias' and hotels nearby therefore it should not be difficult to organise medical or physio consultations or relevant health treatments if required. The in built spa is located at the ground level and at the time when we visited it did not have any railing around (these were installed towards the end of our stay there). This meant that my older mum found it very difficult to access the spa. The hotel rooms were very clean and linen were changed on a regular basis, The reception and cleaning staff were always pleasant and willing to assist.

The hotel is amazing. The rooms were extremely clean. We had a sea view from our room. The chef at this hotel is extremely talented. Our dinner was amazing, don't fail to try the pancakes at breakfast as its to die for. It's a shame staff at reception do not speak a word of English which made checking in a bit tricky.

We stayed 6 nights and had 2 rooms. Access to the property and signage is poor, it took some time to locate the property and the lobby. Parking stalls are narrow, several could not be used due to imperfect parking. Hotel location is good, very close to the sea and next to a park, but quite far from city centre. Rooms were clean and quiet. Our receptionist was rude. Breakfast buffet is not well organized, gets very crowded and loud around 9 AM. Hot items for breakfast were always just barely warm. Restaurant menu selection was very limited, prices are quite high. We could not find any hair shampoo in our room. The shampoo container in the shower was filled with liquid soap. There was no other soap in the shower.
