Very clean and pleasant.

Everything was completely suitable for what we were in need of. Collin was super cool and made sue we had everything we needed. Rooms were clean and more than adequate.

WiFi too weak to connect computer. Host was unable to improve the situation during our three night stay.
Beds made a lot of noise with movements.
Nice medium size frig was positioned in the room as the bed stand and was too noisy to be so close to our heads (had to turn off frog).
Disturbing noise came from adjoining storage room (failing up-lift water pump).
Stayed at Rostay in the past with no recollection of any issues.
I plan to stay elsewhere going forward.

This is not a 5 star property, but it is super clean, easy to deal with and affordable. If you're looking for luxury, go pay way too much up the road. We'll be hanging here, having a drink in the hot tub, and getting ready to shred. Rostay is amazing!

Great space to stay in. Good shower and bathroom. There’s a food truck and a gas station very close so food drinks and gas are not an issue. Overall great experience.

Unfortunately we arrived day after a massive flood event in the area. Property was surrounded with water. Staff were hard at work with clean up but quickly got us into a dry room.

It was off season when we stayed. There was no office or cleaning staff, yet everything went perfectly. Room was ready and clean. Phone numbers were available for emergency. Josh took care of it all.

One night stay on fall foliage drive. This hotel was very quaint, Only spoke with staff at check in but they where friendly and help us find restaurants in the area (FYI not many dinning options to choose from) The room was clean and fresh. The most important feature of a hotel for me is the bed and although the mattress was not deluxe I slept well.

This is a very clean country cabin with comfy beds.

Check-in was quick and the family that own it were friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice rustic cabin feel. We only stayed one night so it was perfect for our needs. The only disappointment was that they weren’t serving breakfast, which we were looking forward to. The area was very nice. We would recommend this inn if you’re in the area.

Basic , and small but attractive room. Very clean. Owners very friendly. Close driving distance to some great places to walk or hike esp. with a dog. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and efficient. Has TV (mini), fridge (good sized mini), microwave. Shower adequate (no tub). WiFi connection fine. Friendly staff. Only missing is breakfast.

Check in and the very friendly host’s room suggestion were perfect. The room size and it’s bath were excellent and very clean. The bed could be a bit firmer, and perhaps some general updating could be nice.

It was nice and clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stop. I found the perfume scent in the room way too strong (the windows were very nice and I slept with them open.) there was no breakfast offered

This property caters to skiers and we were staying there for four days in August. We brought in food to cook in the microwave. The refrigerator needs to be defrosted; the ice cream melted in the freezer section. The driveway needs to be paved; the heavy rain we received one day meant lots of sand on the floor of the unit plus the floor carpets in our car. Bethel is a high price area and we thought the price for the unit was a bit high for the season and the quality of the unit.

I've stayed here a few times. It's a nice family motel. Clean rooms! I loved the firepit but didn't get to use it this time. Used the hot tub at night. Location is very good.

Everything was fine with our accommodations EXCEPT we understood that the motel was "pet friendly" and we were charged $50 in case our little dog was a problem. This little dog never barks, never has any kind of "accident" and in spite of our having read (apparently in some previous literature), the manager was unyielding and basically we would need to stay somewhere else or pay $50! The card in our room read "no longer pet friendly" so apparently at one time pets WERE welcome.
