Everything was great except……….

The mattress’s were way too firm for my husband and I. And for whatever reason and I’m guessing the pillow was just a little too large, unfortunately, I woke up during the night with a terrible stiff neck. I think the pillow was just a little bit too thick again, other than that, with the mattress and the pillow, everything was just great about having the room.

Good location for our needs and great communication about room entry

Minor detail, but both the shampoo & body wash dispensers were empty; the “automatic” bathroom trash can did not work so it wouldn’t open.

Bonus hot tub under the trees. Nice. Well equipped room. The background noise device with ocean sounds is a nice touch.

Hmmm.... road noise was a little distracting in the early morning

The room was very clean and updated

I texted the caregivers 4x with NO response.
