Our stay was outstanding. Loved the building, our room, the food and the atmosphere. The level of care for its customers was mind blowing!

Had a great stay, the room was very pleasant. A couple nice touches: the heater in the room was a fireplace (behind glass) whose temperature you could set. It was very atmospheric; and since I was leaving before breakfast hours, they packed a nice to-go breakfast for me. The building is apparently in a historic district, and it’s within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. there’s a lot of Vietnamese and Cambodian food, which was a nice treat. I think my only issue was that there could’ve been one more electrical outlet. And it would’ve been nice to meet the owners — they did have someone on premises.

Absolutely gorgeous in design and atmosphere, in the perfect location. Breakfast buffet is to die for and we loved sitting at the common table with other guests. The chocolate chip cookies upon arrival are delish and such a thoughtful touch. Staff so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Enjoyed the Classic King room--my only suggestion would be an additional luggage stand and a table in the bathroom for toiletry bags as there is very little counter space. The room should really be set up for the number of guests it accommodates. Guests should note that there is no TV (a nice break, we found!) and the "bar fridge" is really tiny...the size of a safe. I had brought snacks that needed to be refrigerated so I couldn't keep them in the room, but the chef put them in the kitchen fridge. An absolutely lovely aspect of this inn is the parlour, and on Saturdays during "happy hour" (5-7pm) they have a wonderful piano player who also sings. We thoroughly enjoyed listening and singing along with other guest. Would love to go back in the summer to enjoy the porches and gardens.

We had a wonderful experience. Inn is tastefully renovated and decorated; bed and linen amazing, and staff super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely come back.

This is excellent inn, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Super close to downtown Kingston. Leave the car parked, walk and enjoy. My only complaint for a winter stay is the air is super dry and the heaters were turned up too high so it wasn’t the best sleep. I will come back!

It is a beautiful property with a staff that is very accommodating. Amanda was amazing. The room was beautiful and I loved the in- room fireplace. The location was excellent for walking to Princess street.
If I had anything negative to say, it would be that it took a while for the hot water to come but this is the down side of a historic building.

We loved the appeal of the entire Inn. The breakfast was amazing. Our room #2 was conveniently outfitted for our brief stay. Our only disappointment was the lack of a working fridge and a second chair to sit and enjoy the complimentary champagne. We didn't even realize that the Inn is allegedly "haunted" until a trolley tour the next day!!

Only stayed one night passing through Kingston on the way to Ottawa but had always wanted to stay here during my time at Queens University. Wonderfully renovated Tuscan villa. We stayed in a large room with a king and were greeted to fresh cookies, a small bottle of sparking rose and artisan chocolate. Breakfast in the morning was great. Would come back when spending a weekend in Ottawa. Great location and walking-distance to downtown.

A beautiful restored mansion with lovely renovated rooms. Close to downtown, the waterfront and Queens. Loved eating my breakfast on the terrace.

The lack of TV's and clocks in the rooms made it very relaxing and stess free environment. Also the room we had had a small porch that was wonderful for a evening glass of wine or morning coffee.

Lovely old Victorian mansion in quiet residential neighbourhood, recently renovated and very comfortable. Efficiently air conditioned. Buffet breakfast and cookies available. Large yard surrounding the house with comfy spots to sit, relax and read. A short walk to downtown.

This was our first time staying in a B&B and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the property was, how clean, comfortable and lovely the rooms were, how courteous and accommodating the staff were - especially Michelle, who was such a pleasure to deal with, and how delicious the breakfast was.
The Rosemount’s ambiance extends from its curb appeal, to the common rooms and the beautifully decorated guest suites. You feel like you are on holiday but at home - all at the same time. We are already planning our next visit!
