Everyone was very nice and helpful. Even the cleaning people where friendly and had smile and nice greetings. The night manager from Hungary was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The room and services were great; however, the detergent used to washed the bedding gave my daughter a small skin rash due to her sensitive skin. Besides that, we had a great stay.

They stay was good but the mattress was not that comfortable. I think it was new and was very hard. The pool was to cold and it is never in the sun The people were very friendly and the food was good for breakfast. I would try them again.

The hotel canceled my paid in full reservations the day we were supposed to check in. Had to spend 2 hours on the phone and find a new place to stay. If the reservation was paid in full it should be the first to be honored.

I have no complaints! I’ve stayed here several times & they are consistent with the following… The customer service is ALWAYS Awesome… very friendly & accommodating! First of all the color scheme used in the rooms is very pretty & inviting….giving a cozy feeling. The rooms & bathrooms are very are spotless! The shower was Heaven! (Large shower head & HOT water!) & the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on! I needed a good nights sleep uninterrupted & that’s what I got! 5 stars for me!

They had terrible customer service, employee told me that they were quitting and started crying as she left. Huge confusion it’s reservations and room was loud and older.

The staff were very friendly & more importantly very helpful. I had a weather emergency which caused my stay to have to change and received little to no push back on getting my reservation changed to accommodate me. I wish I would have payed attention to the 2 peoples name who helped me!

The room was clean, however the staff was not friendly. I called sevrimes before i arrivfed with no answer. When i got there, the staff was sitting in the corner playing on his phone while the hotel phone was ringing. When i finally got his attention he acted like i was bothering him. He never greeted me.

Not bad of a hotel. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was also nice. Only thing that we did not like was that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything. It’s the first time we’ve noticed this in a hotel. We stayed in the first floor and my parents stayed in the third floor and they had the same complaint. They also don’t provide a crib but it was okay since we had a back up for our baby.

Had a nice stay. The property was well maintained and the front desk attendants were super nice, friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was your average continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and juices. The shower head was just ok, but the bathroom was quite large. Stayed in a 2 queen room and the room was big. Overall I would stay here again.

Excellent stay. Personnel were fabulous. My only point of contention is that there was only a shower and no tub for soaking these aching muscles after driving.

Great price, room did not have an interior deadbolt- just a night latch, which was concerning. Wall mounted AC smelled very musty every time it came on like it had not been serviced in some time. They had a plug in air freshener in the room to camouflage the musty smell but were unsuccessful. I would not stay there again.

This was a VERY SAFE hotel. Room was very clean. Front desk was friendly and coffee bar was amazing. Continental breakfast was GREAT!
