Best experience at a hotel. Great staff. Room was super clean and comfy. The only thing that would have been nice in the bathroom is air freshener spray. Now i don't have to shop around because i know where I'm staying.

Safe place to bring your family and pets. Staffing was very friendly and attentive.

Daughter loved the pool. Great family hotel. Rooms were clean. However the fridge didn’t work in the room and the toilet was a little wonky and occasionally didn’t flush.

This hotel was seriously so perfect for our family trip to Mall of America. Every staff member we interacted with was so accommodating and friendly. I will stay here every time we come to the cities. Such a pleasure!!

Wonderful stay! Very clean and modern facility! My only complaint is the towels for the pool. They were only available by asking the front desk. And they were VERY SMALL. They could not fit around a slim person’s waste. Just bring your room towel down with you.

We booked this for a staycation so the kids could enjoy some pool time and we were not disappointed! Decided to book the queen suite so there was some room. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable, which is to be expected, so we just doubled up in the queen beds and had a slumber party. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and fresh with Minnesota inspired decor. Breakfast was pretty standard, but made well (no watery eggs).

We stayed with our granddaughters for 1 night. Staff are friendly, pool is great for kids and the breakfast is fantastic! We will stay again!

Staff was wonderful throughout my 4 weeks of staying here. Rooms were great, clean, and ready for use upon my arrival each week on Sunday. If there was an issue, maintance fixed it quickly. Housekeeping did a great job, they clean Wed, Sat or right after checkouts. As I was around during the week, Wednesday when I returned to the room it looked great, towels exchanged, coffee refilled, bed was totally redone up. Front desk staff was great to interact with as well. Breakfast was good, selection varied along with a few regular options. Overall my nights were quiet, there were kids and dogs in the hotel but I never really heard noise and the 10 pm quiet time was respected while I was there. I didn't stay weekends typically so that could be a difference. Elevatators on each end were not to bad of a wait but there were only 2 large carts and 2 small. Depending on when you check in, it could be hard to get one. Biggest complaint are the traffic lights getting to the hotel and the intersection after it. Lights take forever at the turn to the hotel and the turn before it. Used the pool only twice and the hottub was down at least once during my visits over the 4 weeks. Excersise room was decent too, two treadmills, bike and stair stepper along with some small free weights, ask for a towel at the desk. Fridges in room are just a fridge, no freezer. Felt the price was very fair and if in the area again would be staying here.

Person checking us in was wonderful. There was an issue in our room that we were notified about as we checked in. The pullout does not work. They offered a roll in bed, but it is only a twin, after I asked what size it would be. I have two kids and a twin bed for two children won’t work. I understand there was an issue with something, but there are other rooms or a compensation as I paid for a king and a queen, not a king and a twin. In the pool area, it was highly chlorinated. Around 8 pm a group of college students arrived drunk and started playing volleyball which kicked out the rest of the little kids from the pool. It’s not quiet hours yet, but I’m not overly confident that it will be quiet with the amount of running and screaming that is happening outside.

Overall good stay. Very nice lobby area. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast. We used the pool, hot tub and gym and they were fine. We reserved a room that sleeps 7 people (we had 5) and there were only 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. I had to go to the desk and ask for more. Every time we went past the front desk there was no one readily available, so when checking in and when I had to ask for the towels etc. you would have to stand and wait for staff to come out. I noticed that for everyone. But the staff was pleasant when they were helping. It would be nice to have someone visible there most of the time.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Rate was reasonable per night, room was pretty good. Pets that I did see were all very well behaved. I liked the rules of 10 pm to 7 am quiet hours and had no complaints on room noise. Room was cleaned during my stay and everything looked after they were done. Only issue I came across was the toilet rocked, asked for it to be fixed, looked to have been fixed, but still rocked. Did a follow up and hopefully the issue was resolved for the next customer. Will be back again for future stays. Great location as well, easy to get to main roads to get almost anywhere.

I could have a quite night. I have a two minute recording that i took at 11:30 of stumping and dragging. Front desk was notified but didn’t do to much of a change. Police was also called. All two nights of my stay was like that.

The room was great, no issues at all. However, when we went swimming the hot tub had gross hair in it and seemed dirty. Also the water wasn’t hot. The hot tub was disappointing. Other than that, our stay was great!

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast could use more bananas, and the Chobani yogurt kept running out. Would be nice to keep more of both in stock for guests. Gym water fountain filters needed to be changed. Pool area was nice and the spa just the right temperature😀 Pool area was very clean, bonus points!

Very affordable and comfortable for a one night stay for 2 adults, 2 kids and our two dogs.

Really clean, friendly staff, lot's of parking which we needed for our 26ft uhaul pulling a trailer for our car! The food at the tavern across the parking lot was fantastic and such great service too. Highly recommend this property!!

A go-to for us in the St. Paul area. Clean, comfortable and nice pool area. Only wish the coffee was better. It is pretty bad. They do have a Keurig in the room, though!

Comfortable clean rm. Breakfast was okay. Great pool area for the whole family including littles. Bathroom cleanliness/condition was lacking. Also pull out couch bed was alittle wonky. We absolutely love staying in Woodbury.

I visit the area often since I'm from out of town and this hotel has never given me amy reason to try for another. Clean rooms/facility and the staff are nice.

We checked in the and the staff was not very knowledgeable. The room was outdated and dirty. The walls had denta and scuff marks all over it look very bad. The bathroom is very small. The water in the hot tub was cold.

Sign in bathroom said towels would be replaced daily. We got clean towels the first morning and none for the next three days. We had to ask at the front desk for clean towels and toilet paper. This should not happen.

Some of the staff weren’t to friendly mostly for the free breakfast part, but the others behind the counters when you check in were pretty nice, other customers were nice. I liked all the different diversity, there was no problem with that at all! My only complaint is they say they’re pet friendly and making the reservation on line it doesn’t tell you anything about pet fees, but once we got there and checked in we had to sign a waiver and pay additional money for or pet! That should be told upfront for further bookings/ business. Other wise the stay was ok, our king suite had a broken let out bed so we needed a roll out bed that was only big enough for one child, we had three. I feel like we should’ve been offered another room, our king bed wasn’t as comfortable as home, it was sunken with tons of small pillows. 1-10 I’ll rate them 6.5
