My daughter and I stayed here this past weekend for a skating competition in Dearborn. The property is clean, well maintained, and our room was very comfortable. Nice, newer bed and bedding; bathroom was in good condition and very clean. We appreciated having a small fridge for drinks and places in the room to put up suitcases (there's a shelf and a small roll-around footstool). My only piece of constructive criticism? Housekeeping didn't arrive to service our room until after 3 pm on the Saturday of our stay-when we'd already been out all morning and were back and taking a nap. I had to decline the refresh, which wasn't a huge deal (we're not messy folks!) but you may need to request specific service and/or timing if the property is short-staffed or busy during your stay. However, I would definitely stay here again!

The property states they have a hot tub. Nothing was posted that it was out of order and had been for awhile. The towels were dirty, stained not sure what to call it. It was nice(not really!) they had a tissue box holder in the bathroom with no tissus. Just not an enjoyable stay. Definitely notbworth the money we paid!.

I requested bathroom cleanup of old towels and new towels at 9:30 am. When I returned at 5:00 pm, it hadn’t been done. This is the third Marriott hotel in this area where this has happened.

We stayed at this location for a Family Wedding. There was a power outage on Thursday. The wedding is on Friday and the power was still out. We had to go rent a room at close by hotel to get ready for the wedding. When we got back after the wedding the power was on. We never checked in thr last room and I want to cancel the reservation for it.The front desk said we will need to deal with management because it's not within our authority and management will call you. The next day the front desk called and said the manager wanted to talk to you face-to-face. I told them I was busy with the wedding and might not be back till midnight. They said the manager would be here till midnight. I made all efforts to be back at the hotel before midnight to meet with him. The front desk said he was next door and that she was going to talk to him and she would call me in 15 minutes. No call the next day same front desk personnel asked did he call you. He did not at this point they charged my credit card. The manager requested to talk to me in person and when I showed up he stayed in the office and did not come out to talk to me. I would not use this location again.

Overall, very tired. Spotty cleaning-pubic hairs in bathroom. top of backsplash at sink dirty (more than I would expect with even a 1 x week cleaning) . I ended up cleaning all surfaces and bathroom myself. We got there EXHAUSTED to attend family funeral the next day. I didn't need that. would not return

I booked through Expedia, got a confirmation and was told I was not in the system. I had to rebook through Marriott at a slightly higher price. The woman at the desk was professional but cold. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel, clean and convenient.

Room 403 - The soap holder in the shower needs to be re-secured. The tub needs a little bit of Drano. The ATM should give out $10 bills, not just $20s.

Overall a pleasant stay. There was a piece of gum on the wall, but other than that the room was clean. Bed on the firmer side. Would stay again.

Prepaid a stay for my wife. She arrived at 4 pm and they said the room wasn't ready. No big deal, she was early. She went back at 7:30pm and was told her reservation was cancelled. And... they were now full. They wouldn't discuss, said there was nothing they could do... and to call expedia to work it out. Will never stay here again!

Very nice and clean hotel with food, fuel, and the freeway nearby. You can walk to a reasonable number of places. The staff were quite friendly. My room was a little cramped (1 king bed) but perfectly fine for business. The first level is pleasant if you want to work there instead of your hotel room.

I stayed for 5 nights (Sunday through Friday) - convenient location, many dining options nearby, though not at all walkable. I saw a few ants in my room the first night, and by the next morning there was a huge swarm of ants on the TV stand/desk area - they were not able to move my room, but did spray down the area that day before I returned. Not a good start. I noticed there was no daily housekeeping service, which I thought was unusual for a hotel. I asked for housekeeping to come the 3rd and 4th day - for new towels, etc. Nothing. No housekeeping at all for my 5 night, 6 day stay. Very disappointing. Good things - friendly staff at the desk, good breakfast, convenient location. Would not stay again.

This Fairfield visit was great! From the time we walked in, Franci and team were amazing! The customer service was impeccable! Service was quick, and there was no wait time. The hotel itself was very clean, especially the bathroom! The only issue we had was the bathtub. It quickly stopped up, which was a little annoying, but I didn’t bother mentioning it. I pushed through since this was a short stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay myself in the future!

From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by the friendliest staff! They were super helpful and gave us great recommendations for the area. The rooms were impeccably clean, the gym facility was nice, the continental breakfast was great! I would 10/10 recommend staying at this place!
