Nice

We went for my niece's birthday because we planned a trip to skyzone which is down the street. We didn't know how the conditions were going to be on the road because usually it shows during Thanksgiving here, so that's why we got a room. Before arriving, I was told that I could hold the room on a card, but pay in cash. When checking in, I was told different. The front desk clerk was very snobby towards us. She said that our rooms weren't ready, & they wouldn't be near each other. After booking the room, I called the hotel & asked for our rooms to be near each other & was told that they would be. We asked while checking in, could we have a late check out, we were told that we couldn't because they have to get the rooms ready for the people who are coming after us. The 1 room they had ready at the time we all went to, I booked 3 rooms.. they finally gave us the 2nd room, then the 3rd. When we got the 3rd room, the heart wasn't working. Then we were told we'd have to wait because there wasn't any other rooms available, saying they were all sold out. All of this was told by one individual. When her "shift" was over, the staff after her were more accommodating. They helped us get another room, helped with the late check out & apologized for any inconvenience that occurred. The Breakfast staff was rude. When saying excuse me to the lady she kept walking past as if she didn't hear me, when she was right next to me. Just a horrible experience all in all. Never again.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Everything sparkling clean from the rooms to the pool. Breakfast was awesome as well. Definitely will stay at this location again!

Overall, not a bad experience. Breakfast was good, dining area was clean and well kept. The rooms were clean, however they need some major updating. Wallpaper pealing off walls, toilet seat was falling off, fixtures were very old. Only had luke warm water for shower. Area around the hotel is run down and not the safest. Staff was very nice.

Very comfortable, spacious room, plenty of furniture but most impressed with the breakfast. It was Beautifully displayed ,!tremendous variety, and delicious.

Decent stay. The chair & ottoman in the room could use a deep cleaning. Bed was comfortable shower was hot, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash wasn’t filled so we ran out, fortunately we had our own. Breakfast was good and coffee. My biggest complaint was kids running through the halls upstairs and I’ll never stay in the room right next to the pool, I was waken by loud kids at 6am going to the pool. But overall decent stay.

No issues Room was clean and quiet. Not new, but maintained. Quiet and seeminly safe location. Close to Hwy, amd easy shot to Detroit. Staff was helful and friendly.

Decent stay, the place could definitely use some updating but it’s not bad. Feels a bit creepy at night time. Breakfast was good and lot of options. But the bathroom in the room felt like a hospital bathroom— very old and outdated. Room key kept malfunctioning, had to get new ones twice. But customer service was good

They had.no towels for the pool or showers . Pool area was not cleaned over night. Pool Bathroom Was sorry as ever.

The staff for check in was so nice, she was helpful and got us an early cjeck in even though something wasnt ready, she had someone go clean a room for us. This was so nice because we had been working and traveling and all i wanted was a shower. Thank you so much.

The staff was very friendly. My family and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The free breakfast selection was very good.

This was a great weekend stay for my husband and I! We would definitely stay again! No complaints!

Nice hotel but furniture sometimes seems to be worn out. Same with the pool. Staff was quite excellent! Smell in the room could be better.

I arrived at the hotel, after we drove 2 hours and had tickets to attend a show. Got there and was told they didn't have any power. Was informed they couldn't give me s refund. The lady was very rude.

Weather caused a power outage and the front desk clerk was unwilling to offer any type of solution.

Wide spread power outages in SE Michigan, including my home, so I decided to overnight at this hotel. Upon arrival, I find that the hotel did not have power, and learned from the front desk that it lost power the night before. Despite this, they accepted my reservation and money and didn't bother to notify me. Waste of time and money.

Room was spacious and clean. The hotel could be updated however it was still a clean, comfortable stay.

There was nothing not to like. The staff was exceptionally, friendly and helpful and the wild life (squirrels, rabbits deers) off the back patio are alot of fun to watch!

The property was dated. I think the bathroom could use an update. The tile around the floor had small chips. Just a matter of time before more could crack. The bathroom needed work. The floor smelled like it was mopped with a sour mop. Or it could have been the shower curtain. Either way the bathroom needed better cleaning. The bed was clean and comfortable. The comforter was very nice looking. The staff at the desk was ok, but I didn't take the time to report the cleanliness as we had places to go. People to see.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, they even accommodated my food allergies without being asked. The food tasted wonderful and there was a huge variety and plenty for everyone! The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was super clean. When we first watching you could smell the cleanliness. The staff was amazingly helpful and extremely nice. This will be where we stay first anytime we ever go to this area again.
