breakfast was average. The staff were pleasant. I was put off by having to submit a “damage deposit”! It was explained that it was collected “in case you break a window”! What is that all about? We won’t stay there again.

I really liked my room. It felt safe and comfortable and quiet. It had everything I needed, except the tv wasn’t working properly.
The parking lot is an entrance to a medical facility and a couple of restaurants, so watch out for people late to work!

We’ve stayed many times for kids soccer. Clean and professional.

Great place to stay. Comfortable and convenient.
Only issue is we arrived a few hours early, our room was ready but they wanted to charge an early check in fee. I have never had to pay an early check in fee...particularly since the room was ready.
Just another way to bilk more money out of the customer.

This is a nice hotel and we have stayed there often, this time however we were dissapointed. The pool was closed and had been for four weeks. We paid a higher rate and booked this hotel because it had pool we could enjoy it. Had we known the pool was not available we would have booked a different hotel at a lower rate. We wish this information had been available at the time of booking.

If you are going to Deny my REVIEW, got the 5th time please reach out to me and tell me HOW it is going against any of the rules. I have had a horrible experience with this property and I think it’s ONly fair that I can leave my HONEST feedback, I have not used ANY profanity, nor have I used names, prices or broken ANY of the rules when it comes to leaving a review. I had the absolute worst experience with this hotel property, staff and management as well as with the pool being closed down due to unsanitary reasons. I still was charged the full amount, and Expedia tried to make it right for me. However, I will be contacting a Expedia Manager regarding the reason that my review keeps getting denied. I have revised it 5 times now and will be reaching out to them or feel free to reach out to me.

Stayed for one night while traveling. The hotel was clean and our room was very clean. Room was quiet and comfortable.the only problem was that their computers were down. When we entered the hotel it was almost 20 minutes before we saw a staff member. It was 9 pm. Everything was open. Finally staff came from the elevator and apologized. Since computers were down she had to manually let people into their rooms. We had no key card for our room , she took photo copies of our license and, credit card and she had to write our names and room numbers on a piece of paper. I know this was not all of her fault because of the computers. I felt sorry for her because she was alone and apparently doing this her whole shift. I give her credit. Felt a little uncomfortable though knowing that anyone could come in and no one would be around. Would stay again if compuers worked as they were still out the next morning. I am waiting for an email with my receipt from that night and it has been almost a week.

The shades in the room did not block the lights from the streetlights and there was no other curtains or drapes. The remote control didn’t work. The coffee pot didn’t work.

Near death experience. Property is listed on Expedia as a “no pets” establishment. We have a deadly dog allergy in the family and booked because of this clear listing. We arrived and a family member suffered a severe allergic incident. We then saw dog hair all over the room, including clumps on the bed stand and phone. We had to leave when they had no more rooms and said they were pet friendly. They told us we were wrong about their listing, despite providing a screenshot of the listing that said “no pets,” and they also refused to refund us for either of the two nights we booked and could not use. They also refused to even vacuum up the dog hair. Terrible experience that nearly cost a life. After thinking our kids would have to sleep in the car in their parking lot, we finally found a hotel that was willing to accommodate. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Even if we had no serious allergies, the clumps of dog hair all over are a major red flag.

The room was very clean. I was given a room on the first floor right next to the breakfast area, and I was unhappy and worried about about noise being a problem. Turns out the room was very quiet and I couldn’t hear any noise during breakfast time.

We were disappointed to find the pool was closed during our weekend stay. We had counted on taking our kids swimming and they were looking forward to it, so it was sad to have to tell them we couldn't actually go swimming. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that swing was not an option.

We stayed here for one night after visiting Lincoln City and Bend before flying out. When we arrived in Oregon we stayed in a hotel in Portland, which was a mistake. It was a nice hotel on the river, but the surrounding area was sketchy to say the least. This hotel was in a much better area, a short drive from the very nice waterfront area and airport, and clean. Our friends stayed in a different hotel in Portland before flying out, and did not have as pleasant of an experience as we did in Vancouver at this hotel. Breakfast was awesome and our kids loved the pancake machine. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We checked in very late and our room's bathtub had a drainage problem. We finally changed to a different room on a different floor. It's 3AM when all were settled down. .

Clean and convenient in the Vancouver/Camas area near Harmony Sports Complex. A tad on the expensive side and located in a strip mall parking lot, but there are decent food options within walking distance and a short drive. No hotel restaurant, consistent with the HI Express brand, but the breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are a bit spartan and somewhat noisy if the air conditioner is not running. Note, the refrigerators don’t have a freezer compartment. Staff is helpful and nice. Would consider staying here again.

Staff was very friendly. Check in was very easy. Parking is limited however they were kind to accommodate my car and tiny trailer.

Checked in and my room wasn't available because it was the cleaning person's day off. Took 30 min of the kid at the front desk running around and checking rooms to finally find a room with different accommodations than what i had booked. I then overhear someone else complain about the pool being closed, so I ask. There are no signs, and it's not mentioned when you check in. I explain that the only reason i booked this stay was for the hotel. They call the manager and allow us to use the hotel, that evening. The next day we see that it's closed again and the manager tells us she will call maintenance and then call our room to let us know if it can be opened. She never calls. I eventually call the front desk, and she's not even there anymore. The person there says they were told the chemical level is not currently safe for children, even though they had just let my children swim there, and offers to tell me where some lakes are (all of the local lakes are not currently swimmable, and i have a 2 year old so not an option) She tells me she will leave a note for her manager and they might be able to give me a discount on a future stay. That was the last communication i had with anyone. I don't plan on ever staying there, again.

Our check-in with Ellen was quick and friendly. She was training new staff (both Saturday and Sunday) and her attitude and example were exactly what you hope your employees convey to guests upon check-in and throughout their stay.

Manager and staff would not give receipt for stay also charged 200.00 for unexplained charges! Hangs up on customer asking about charges. Reported to guess service’s because that is the only number manager would give.
Don’t stay here!
