Very nice employees who were helpful.
My family didnt sleep due to cheap uncomfortable bedding😡 beds were hard, pillows cheap and lumpy, comforter, thin and POLYESTER sheets were awful!,, polyester! Im used to nice comfy beds!
Hotel is convenient and nice, but if no other choices bring your own cotton sheets and comforters

Check in was crazy due to an internet issue but the staff was quick to get us in our room. Room size was perfect ct!

The hotel was in a nice area and super convenient to the Ole Miss campus. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were a bit lumpy and the shower had pink mold around the fixtures and on the handicap seat. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

Overall this location was not bad. You could tell the room was just spot cleaned. Trash was left in the trash cans and there was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. The extra bedding was dirty. So the reviews on cleanly ness are spot on. Also gone are the days that we are short staffed being used. That relates directly to the business and how it’s run.

After booking, changed room type to smaller room. Would not accomodate to change for our group stating they made a mistake but couldnt do anything about it.

I’ve never left a review before. And I know there is a limited workforce right now so I want to be gracious with the staff. But the cleanliness of this hotel was the worst I’ve ever seen. I actually moved rooms because I thought the first one was a fluke. The second one was worse. There was blood on the comforter, hair all over the floor, dirt in the silverware drawer, the shower had mold in every corner. The sofa bed my son was sleeping on was filthy. Pictures don’t do it justice, but they are attached below.

Clean, new, pet-friendly hotel. Conveniently close to Elemis and the Square with great dining options within <5 min walking distance. Well-maintained pool and gym. Nice rate-included breakfast. Each room is a euro-style compact suite with a curtain separator between bed and pull-out couch areas. Lot of surface and shelf space, microwave, dishwasher, mid-size refrigerator, various dishes and utensils. Cook-top is requestable if you prefer to cook in your room.

I usually enjoy this hotel chain, however this location wasn’t the usual excellence I have come to know. The room was NOT clean! The front desk personnel seemed to not be helpful or into their job.

We really like the home 2 suites. It’s nice to have a normal refrigerator, spacious rooms and a place to sit to watch tv instead of having to sit on the bed. Very clean hotel and within walking distance to First Watch for a great breakfast/brunch.

This was a great suite, very well appointed, very clean, extremely nice staff. this suite was also very reasonably priced. Home 2 suites are generally great places to stay, we stay in them regularly and this one did not disappoint.

The carpeting in our room and our couch were extremely dirty. The couch was so dirty no one would sit on it. Breakfast was nothing special but considering the nightly cost of $250 other hotels do a better job. The staff was amazing, great pool and the workout facility was excellent. Plenty of snacks and drinks for purchase

I had high hopes for this stay. Sadly, the experience came up short. Check-in was great; the Front Desk Clerk was very friendly. The hallway leading to my room had garbage stacked up including a large partially filled garbage bag on the floor in front of the elevator. The room AC was great. The room was not exceptionally clean with "stuff" clearly visible around the sofa and the bed skirt. The bedding did not fit at all (imagine what would appear to be a queen sheet on a king bed). There was left over food in the fridge. Upon checkout, I believe (although I am not positive) I woke the person at the desk. I did leave around 3:30 in the morning. I let him know I was leaving and his response was, "OK". That was it...."OK". There are several other hotels in Oxford. This is a regular business trip for me. I would only come back here as a last resort.
