Have stayed here before and love. This time wasn’t as good.
We were put on 1st floor (which some of the hotel the 1st floor is ground floor, but it’s on a hill, and some of second floor is ground level). The first morning we went to open the curtain and there were people, right even with us, so we had to keep curtains closed. Also, that night we were facing the road and were repeatedly woken up to trucks gasing it past our room. Also needed ice and there was no ice machine on this floor. We had to go upstairs to complete other end to get ice.

Convenient
Toilet hardly flushed and sometimes didn’t flush. The carpet felt welt. The sink would not drain. There were gnats bye the coffee pot.
We were passing through and only needed the room for sleep since we arrived around 11p. It could have been cleaner for the price. And we probably would’ve called housekeeping had we been staying for a longer period of time.
