I was very disappointed that Netflix was not on your entertainment system. Most hotels/motels/inns have it. I'd planned on "binge watching" a particular series to help unwind from the day-long drive. That didn't happen.

Good location. Clean. Bathroom could use some maintenance. King bed was sitting way too close to the heating/air unit, so you only have about 10 inches to squeeze between the two, when getting in and out of bed... not fun, when you're half asleep and in a strange place.

Our only “complaint “ would be about the snow removal…but very good other than that. Taz and Kendall were both helpful, polite and accommodating to the guests. We will stay there again

We feel like we got the worst room in the hotel based on the location. We were in 114, right next to the breakfast and lobby. In the middle of the night from 2am to 7am, there was frequent noise. It seemed like staff people kept going in and out of doors and doing things right outside our room. Then when breakfast started, lots of noise from guests. I feel they should never rent this room unless every room is occupied. Second, we had a dog and I signed a pet waiver, but there was no fee listed on the waiver. I checked out and he said we were all paid. Then later in the day, hours after we left and checked out, we were sent a bill for $50 pet fee. That contradicted what I signed and what the front desk person told me. Apart from the noise and the unexpected fee, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was solid, and the room was clean and in great shape.

I was surprised that being a newer hotel that the beds seemed to be well used and uncomfortable. It definitely was very unorganized check in process. They didn't seem to know what was going on.

I have stayed at the Home2suites many times, but this time was disappointing. Room had not been cleaned. The reassigned room was "clean " but im pretty sure the bed was not made up with clean linens. Toiletries were missing and no kleenex. Desk staff were apathetic. The one Housekeeping staff saw was cleaning rooms well into the evening.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and ready when I arrived and all of the amenities were clean and available for use. The Breakfast was hot and ready, and the attendant made sure nothing ran low.

Very friendly and courteous employees. Computer was down checking in, which is unfortunate but not the fault of employees. Room had a strange smell, seemed to dissipate but not sure if that’s because we became used to it. Cold early morning showers both days. Breakfast had good selections. Again very friendly and courteous employees.

The issue I have is with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The attention to detailed cleaning was poor. The shower had pink mold on the grout in many places near the bottom of the tub, which just indicates that it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. How can you trust that the overall cleaning is done properly??? It just made my skin crawl and I couldn’t wait to get out of there!

We've stayed at this location before. The staff are always friendly. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is well-stocked and well-attended. The kitchen area in the room is handy for a longer stay (we just needed to stay one night for an event.)

It was a very nice room; clean and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming and the hot tub. My only complaint would be the breakfast didn't have your traditional scrambled eggs. The breakfast sandwiches were unique, but I was looking for lower carb.

Our stay was excellent as always. This time around we booked for our sons birthday. He said this is his favorite hotel of all time and really enjoys their saline pool and breakfast options. We all had a wonderful time the staff was very friendly and professional as always.

The check in and check out front desk experience was great helpful friendly ladies! Even if you leave a note at the time of booking, this hotel won't see it and make up the sofa bed ahead of your arrival. So, ask at the front desk when you get there or make it yourself. I reccomend that you ask for extra pillows as there was only two per bed in our room. The lady at check out time on Sunday morning was extra helpful with getting us something to eat before we left early before breakfast started...very sweet. The staff makes it an excellent stay!

The people & accommodations were very nice. This is the second time we have stayed due to my Granddaughter need to be seen at University of Iowa clinic. Each time the “hot tub” was “under repair”. This is disappointing.

I really like how it is so comfortable, lobby has the best set up. The rooms are just amazing. Love how you can cook if you want to. It really is like a 2nd home. The staff is the best I have ever had, Very friendly and helped when I needed it. Love the area, we fell very safe when walking or dogs. The breakfast is one of the best!

Stay was good, but seems like never had enough people working. Trash all over hall ways multiple times during day. Not all employees fault, but felt like someone should have been walking halls once in a while to check. Breakfast was the same day in and day out. Just ok. We had a suite with kitchenette and very tiny trash cans. I feel like these types of rooms should have bigger trash cans. Bathroom small but vert nice sized room. Beds were comfy. Workout room ans laundry facility was great. Pool area was good, never seemed to have towels but again if short staffed, i understand. Not sure we would stay again or if we do, it would be we make our own breakfast.
