Strong odor when you entered the building, location was dark, not well lite and it was loud. Walls seem thin and could hear quest beside me, cough, snoring and other strange noises like using the bathroom and toilet flushing. The outlet in the room looked like it had mold or burn marks around it. Metal from Bed frame stuck out and was unsafe. I don’t recommend this property

The card entry system needs to be fixed. Had to have cards reprogramed every night of my stay. Also room was advertized as handicapped it was not. Tub was not handicapped accessable.

We booked 2 rooms. The toilet in my daughters room was plugged when we showed up and not cleaned. Hair on the bed. Our room had not been vacuumed in a while. Probably should pass on a stay at this one.

I liked that it was close to mall. I reserved 2 Queens and got a single king.

The breakfast was very good and the staff person did a great job of attending to the needs of the guests and keeping the breakfast area clean.

Great hotel. We've stayed at 2 Holiday Inn Express places and both were great places.

The room was small for two queen beds. Barely could walk between the tv stand and beds. Only one elevator. Not convenient when told all the rooms are sold out. It was not worth close to $200 for one night. I’ll never stay there again

Our stay was overall, good. I felt it could have been cleaner. The elevators, dining room rug, etc.

Room had hair in tub and floor was dirty. Asked to move rooms and it was dirty. Toilet had build-up. Not happy

Clean and all that was needed for a great stay. Even have nice Dove products for your room. Breakfast of cheese omelette and pancakes were awesome.

Friendly staff and very clean facility! I loved the location and the convenience of having the hotel next to restaurants and Coral Ridge Mall. I wish breakfast went later than they allow due to working 2nd shift, but it was great food.

Nice stay thus far! Nice staff, weird smell in lobby, staff stated they are remodeling soon. No hot tub, kind of bummed. Great for kids!

It was OK. Elevator looked like it hadn't been swept out for a month or two. They appeared short staffed. For the price, there are nicer places to stay.

Location close to mall and restaurants. Room was okay except trash left by the bed. Obviously not vacuumed. Bathroom big negative-Toilet paper in the toilet and pee on the seat was huge turnoff. Should not have to flush and clean off seat before using.

This hotel was very clean and very well maintained. Every employee I spoke with were very professional and polite.

soon as you walk in the door lobby area it smells really bad I almost did not check in but I had already paid for the room the hallways r very dirty and so is the carpet throughout the hotel from 1-5 th floors the walls need paint asap ! my room was nice the bed & amenity in the room was great.dove etc however the chair/couch was very dirty I could not sit on it !!! breakfast was ok the lady working was very nice !The small gym was dirty looking the weights were old and rusty looking so I did not use the gym ! I did like the area but not the hotel for $150 a night I expected a lot better I will not stay there again !
