I was completely amazed at the renovations. The lobby, the attention, the breakfast area and breakfast. Not to mention the room and bath.

The room we reserved (king, accessible) was not available, due to an overstay by a customer with a longer term need. The front desk staff accommodated us in a two queen, accessible, which was not a great accommodation, but it was made to work. The staff also generously adjusted the rate.
Room was quiet, despite a full hotel. Well back from the street.
The breakfast was very decent. The pancake machine was misbehaving, but the staff knew how to 'reboot' the machine so it would emit a couple pancakes. Biscuits and sausage gravy were okay, not great. Wife wanted some fruit, but the selection of fruit was quite limited - no berries.
Room was clean. Beds were comfortable, but not superior. Air conditioning worked and was not too noisy.

This hotel provides a very comfortable night's rest and an excellent hot breakfast. We would have stayed multiple days had we not been just passing through.

Our family enjoyed the hotel's appearance and excellent front desk staff. However, we were surprised to learn we couldn't use the lounge area to eat our take-out meals together with my parents, who were staying in a different room. Additionally, we were disappointed in the breakfast service, mostly because it seemed to be staffed by only one person and the workload was definitely too much to expect for just one staff member.

Not a lot left for breakfast with 30 minutes to go before they were going to close. We were allowed to check-out an hour later which was helpful. Otis Spunkmeyer cookies at the end of the day were delicious. Room was clean and beds very comfy.

Peaceful night’s sleep with comfortable beds and pillows. Perfect overnight stay for our family en route home from Florida to Michigan.

The hotel was quiet, clean, & convenient to where we going. However, they ran out of most of the food for breakfast. Breakfast was served until until 9:30, but they ran out by 9:00. The were unable to replenish the trays.

Door slamming all throughout the night. Exit door stair door everything pounding your entire room. Hot water took 15 minutes to come out of the shower. Whatever they're using to clean the room smells exactly like a hospital

I think this is my 3rd stay here and the same young lady is still there! She is really nice and always has a smile. The hotel is clean and tidy and I find it to be quiet. It's in a great location for dining.

What I didn't like was that there was a surprise $50.00 charge for extras that may be charged. There is nothing to buy?/ So they are keeping a $50 for 7 to 10 days, with no receipt given and said would go back on card. No need for this charge and was never told that there would be this charge, out side if this the hotel, staff and room were all very good.

Super clean. Easy check in. Real food on the breakfast line. The window covering was a black out shade that was so good, I had to check if there was even a window there (there was)!!! I usually am kept awake by the lights outside coming in through a crack in the curtains. Not here!!

Not so bad but a little worried at times with a few stragglers asking me if I was checking out and wanted to give me money for them to take a shower because they had no place to shower and people hanging out in parking lot in cars overnight.

This was my second stay at this location. The front desk representative were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Value for our stay was very good. Nice accommodations with great comfy bed and good shower pressure and ease of use. Breakfast was fine with great pastries and average to good hot selection. Staff worked hard to accommodate needs. Only small complaint was with small size and thin bath towels. We will definitely look to stay here again.
