We got here after chicken and they did not have a room ready. Said they were still cleaning rooms. People checked out when they were required to, and they did not get the rooms cleaned. Lots of people were having to wait. It should have been embarrassing for the hotel. Nope, they acted like it was normal.
Also, no curtains. Just a transparent shade. It should be room darkening, but nope! They put a light outside of the window. I guess they don’t want us to sleep.
Oh, and the beds are advertised as queens, but are actually doubles. Disappointing.

Not so great. The breakfast options were very limited every day, the shuttle service was poorly managed, the room cleanliness was average, the staff was nice but the service overall was poor

Check-in was rough, they don’t accept CashApp or Chime cards. Only credit cards. So we had to go get $100 cash for the incidental fee. The cost of breakfast is not included in the Hotels.com rate. It is an additional $11 per person. We were there two nights, and on the second night a little after 1 AM, someone smoking inside the building set off the fire alarm. I had two children under two so this was a nightmare. Everyone in the building vacated just to find out someone was smoking weed near the pool/elevators.
Besides that, the rooms were extremely spacious. Breakfast was great with a wide range of options that even my children enjoyed. The staff was extremely friendly and quick to meet all accommodations. The area around this hotel is also phenomenal. We just happened to have a bad experience but we will return in time.

Maybe you shouldn't tell your guests you have free breakfast and then charge them first. I dont mind oaying but very misleading

The staff was extremely helpful but the room was lacking in cleanliness. The shower wall was dirty and 2 of the lights were out. I told the front desk and maintenance came the next day but only replaced one of the lights. The bed was very firm.

Very clean, only small issue I personally had with the room was the bathroom door, not a fan of the sliding barn door style.

This hotel was not especially wheelchair friendly. The carpet in the room has a significant texture that makes moving in a wheelchair challenging and exhausting. The decor of the hotel and the room is sparse. It feels bare and cavernous. The wheel-in shower was nice. The Keurig coffee maker did not work, but we were compensated with complimentary coffee. All-in-all, it was an okay stay, but we will not be staying here again.

The property was fine and the people that checked me in were very nice. I only had 2 complaints. 1. They sell beer in the snack shop but do not allow you to drink it in the lobby. I have never been to a hotel where that is the case. 2. Someone texted me at 1:40 am to ask the name of my second guest. We were sound asleep and I felt it was not appropriate to text at that time of night and also that it was not necessary to know my guest names. Otherwise all was great.

We had called because we would be getting in after midnight. When checking in, the front desk clarified that we would be checking out in the morning. She proceeded to tell us all about the pool, workout area etc. She failed to direct us to the elevators or tell us that our room key was required to use them. We were exhausted after a long drive. Getting us to our room should have been top priority not the amenities info.
The hotel was nice and clean and in a great location!

Very friendly staff! Quiet and great location. Room was very clean. The pool was open and was nice for my kids to have a little fun. Overall amazing experience and will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had to stay at this hotel after my daughters surgery, since we live to far from the hospital. We had to move rooms 3 separate times. The first room had a horrible smell, then they moved us to a room that was connected by a door with another room. Seeing as I had my 2 daughters with me, I requested that I was not comfortable with that. The lady at the front desk got upset & tried to tell me it was fine & I shouldn’t be worried. I the. Proceeded to tell her that I was not comfortable with that & would like something different. the third room the mini fridge was broken, the TV had no cartoon channels for my kids to watch, since we would be in the hotel for 2 straight days. This is not a kid friendly hotel, and I would not recommend any of my friends or family to stay here.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Inm. It was clean, had wonderful amenities and close to everything. I will use this Hotel of preference every time I visit. The only drawback is the lack of towels, every time I asked for more towels I was informed the hotel was running short. Besides that issue I highly recommend it.
