This hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. The room is simple but did have a small refrigerator. My room faced a busy street, so unless the room darkening shade was completely closed, you would get lights from the cars.
My biggest complaint was the noise! My room had an adjoining room door, and the family with small children next door was easily heard in my room. I could also hear some noise on the other side as well.
Overall a very nice hotel- perhaps made better without an adjoining room door!

The staff were very nice. We loved to okay pool in the lobby and used the workout room. The only complaint was the shower was broke, well part of it. It was still usable and we did use it but it needed fixed. We did not tell anyone as we only stayed a couple nights and used the time to spend with our family.

It was noisy until after midnight. Towels in bathroom were almost 2 feet square. Way too small like a hand towel

Quick stop for a college visit. Perfect for 2 men to chill and have a clean place to stay. Easy serve breakfast some decent tv options for those late nights. Nice things included the extras. Multiple spaces to chill, pool, pool table as well made it fun bonding. Close to everything.

Property was clean and the front desk personnel were very nice. One of the cleaning staff appeared to be very young and while doing her duties was on the phone arguing with someone very loud with no regard of anyone in the rooms.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Pancake maker didn’t work for breakfast, no bread either. Bed was super hard and pillows were lumpy.

My stay was great! the common area allowed our group to relax and play some pool and get to know fellow co workers.
Parking was a little tough, but when you visit good hotels, they are busy so this didn't bother me a bit!
Besides my shower head being broken, there was nothing wrong with my stay. Ill be looking for a TRU property on my next vacation for sure

No complimentary water bottles kept in the room. Water is such essential item must be there in the room at least a couple of water bottles for any emergencies.
Also there is no microwave in the room.
Otherwise we liked the hotel lobby and room interior.

The room was extremely small and difficult to maneuver with 4 people in the room. there was no room for luggage in the room. I had to select my clothes for the next day and then return my luggage to my vehicle. The beds were comfortable though.

Room was dirty. Upon arrival we had to have housekeeping change the sheets on the bed.
Disappointed in the breakfast. Not really much to choose from.
Front desk not very friendly upon checkin. Didn't really explain anything to us. Didn't ask for Hilton rewards so I never got my rewards.
Lighting in room was confusing. Couldn't figure out bathroom lighting so most of time had to use bathroom in dark.
The hotel was ok for one night stay but overall probably would not stay there again.

I like the marketplace with plenty of unique seating to accommodate groups of different sizes. Pool table was a hit!

Cute and trendy. Terrible mattress and the staff was not friendly. It was a little after the breakfast cut off time and i tried to pour a juice. No one said anything they just clised the window to close the breakfast area. Rude.

The proerty itself was not bad our rooms ac sounded like it was broken all night and the bed was rock hard.

Door to room and door to bathroom were difficult to close/open - they aren’t hung so that they open normally.
Fridge wasn’t able to get cold even on highest setting.
Some dust bunnies and hairs around - maybe just a bit deeper clean once a week behind/under stuff would work 👍
