This is a newer hotel in suburban NW San Antonio, about a block from the I-10 freeway. Pro's: - New hotel, clean - Great complimentary hott breakfast - Free parking (but lot was sometime full when they were hosting an event) - Nice, comfortable rooms - We enjoyed the evening reception - Other guests were well behaved when we were there Con's - Very noisy bar across the street. We were staying on the other side of the building, and on Friday and Saturday night, it eas still very loud through the window until 1 or 1:30 AM. - Maybe just employee error, but we had booked/paid for a 2 room suite, and when we went up to the room after check in, we realized they had put us in a one room suite. I went down to the front desk and showed them the reservation and they corrected it and gave us the right room, but since our flight got in late, it was after midnight and it was annoying to deal with when we just wanted to go to bed. - Pool isn't heated and there is no hot tub. Kids wanted to swim, but they were freezing.

New property it seems. staff was cordial and efficient. room service was perfect. Menu could be a bit more exciting. Beds were soft but very comfortable.

Nice hotel with spacious suite and friendly staff at the front desk. However, there is a serious problem with housekeeping. On our second day, we were skipped over, and I called the front desk twice and my wife called once because nobody had come to empty the trash, or change the towels. I eventually went down to the front desk and complained and they said they would get somebody immediately. Unbelievably, still no one came. The next morning, I called back the front desk and complained one last time, they said they would get somebody right away and make us a priority. Housekeepers came by and they had no clue that we had been made a priority and they gave us an attitude. I would not come back to this hotel again - they need serious work with the housekeeping department

Great stay, clean, comfy bed

We will stay here anytime we are in the San Antonio area. The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful and in the middle of everything. The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. Great restaurant and bar on site. Elegantly decorated. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We had an overall very pleasant stay. Housekeeping was very good and very communicative and kind. We had some Issues with food service. In the morning breakfast the pancakes were hard. Every single morning. Whatever the situation is with keeping them in that warmer- it dries them out fast. We came right when it opened and they were dry. Also we requested room service that didn’t get sent. Just not great when trying to feed kiddos.
