Saturday afternoon I came back to hotel from picking up my daughter from hospital and she needed regular Tylenol and the hotel only had extra strength. The front desk attendant was so helpful she called to see where they would have some. I was so grateful she went above and beyond. It’s nice to know there are people who don’t mind helping others, she deserves a raise.

No body at the front desks for check in Cleaning crew knocked at 8:15AM day checking out!!!!! Restaurant service, staff today around 10AM was awful, attitude problems We called b4 but no one answered the phone when we showed up (16)people they weren't interested!!!!! Not a good image for you guys or any business As a business owner I hope you have a better understanding and appreciate customers.

The"king" bed seemed small for a king and was very hard. The rooms are small. No free breakfast and they charge $3 for the smallest carton of milk I have ever seen. Their attached Irish pub didn't have a bartender at 3 in the afternoon and closed at midnight on a Saturday!

Overall good property to stay at, one issue that drives me nuts is the add on charges instead of building into the price of the room. In this case it is a $10/day parking fee. We are talking a suburban property with a parking lot that was less than a 1/3 full during my stay. I get it when you are talking urban but in this case it just seems like a money grab.

Everything was great! Pet friendly, clean, quiet. Nice location to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown. Free easy parking. Often times no one was at the front desk, but when we did interact with staff they were all friendly and amazing!

The hotel was actually decently nice for what we paid for it. It had a nice pool, a really well equipped gym, a nice restaurant. The staff were super nice. Rooms were clean and we had a decent view. Also liked that this hotel was tucked away so it was relatively quiet.

They over sold their room types so when we checked in they didn’t have the king/pullout we booked on line so kids had to sleep on floor.

The place was high priced for the lack of any cozy quiet place to gather (lobby cold in more ways that one!) begging for room coffee pods, Kleenex, coffee cups?!!!! Wasteful eco coffee pods, instead of a pot to make, no hot tub, basic basic swimming pool. Basically I felt this was a high priced hotel with no amenities to go with it, and even basic expectations treated like royal gifts!
