Selected the hotel due to its proximity and the charging stations on premise. While one was out of service, we were pleased they were free and there were high speed charging nearby. The staff were so friendly and we would especially like to note the kitchen staff who served breakfast. She was so friendly and helpful and really made for an excellent stay for our family.

Seven year old fairly modern hotel was very clean. Front desk was kind and mostly attentive to needs. Pocket door to bathroom needed some repair and bed was way dipped in the middle. Breakfast nice/average. Our only but important issue was very loud and uncontrolled children next door up til midnight! We called front desk to follow up but not helpful. AND BECAUSE WE BOOKED THRU HOTELS. Com there was “nothing they could do” to compensate. Conversation over. Really??

The room was fabulous. Most of the staff were great. The night desk manager disappeared for a long while at one point. I was with my family in the main lounge and we had to let people in because he had done a runner. Some shifts of housekeeping were outstanding but on two separate days they were angry that I was still in the room at 9:45. But everyone else was top drawer. Very nice hotel. Great place to stay.

Wonderful hotel! Received a call (Brandon left a message ) serval hours prior to our arrival to ask if we needed anything at checkin. (First time that has ever happening since I’ve been booking trips!). Exceptionally clean property, entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous. And breakfast served until 10 everyday vs usual 9 during the week - it was neat/well organized, clean and had great selections! Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Overall an excellent stay!

The hotel is gorgeous! Rooms are large!

This is twice the pool has been closed for our stay.We like to stay here 2 times a year while visiting family with our grandkids.Not gonna chance another disappointing trip in the future.here. We always stay 2 nites and spend over 400 dollars for the stay another place with a pool open will get our future business.like to keep the grandkids happy...

The window in our room was covered in dirty finger drawings, the beds were uncomfortable, the shower had an orange stain in it that couldn’t come out and we could hear the people above us all night.

Great hotel! Staff was wonderful! We had never been to this town before and when we checked in a woman at the desk gave us great places to eat and things to do! To be honest it made our Trip dinner was amazing and so was the homemade ice cream shop! The hotel was very clean!

The management at this location blatantly lied to us. We got to this location late at night and when we asked for an hour to check out late, on a Sunday, they told us they were booked solid and could not do it. We checked all the travel sites and behold, could book multiple rooms without an issue and when we confronted the front desk again they lied to us. We travel and use Home2 for our family and for work. This was very disappointing and we will not be going back as this management team proved to be incompetent liars.

All, and I mean all, of the staff that we encountered were pleasant and easy. They really added enjoyment to our trip. Also it was staffed up for the weekend events a plus.
