Clean, comfortable, right beside Smokers ETC if you enjoy cigars!
Staff was a bit rude when I told them they gave us the wrong room like it was my fault… when i clearly had proof of my king rook reservation.

The bathroom was large enough, but the sink area was way too small and should be updated.

Big spacious room with a comfortable bed
Friendly staff
Very close to cuyahoga national park
There is no longer a hot tub despite showing pictures of one
The smoke alarm in our room started making a strange noise during the night

Location was good, staff was nice.
The heater smelled like wet dog. The shower curtain smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no ventilation so the room felt “wet” the whole time. Every time we’d shower it never seemed to go away which felt disgusting. Water damage on roof in bathroom and room, pool area as well. Take out all the gross carpet!!
