Room was comfortable and the location was great.

We absolutely loved the location, It was easy to get to, with no steps or stairs on the short route from the water taxi or water Bus nearby! Location is very central, right off Saint Mark Square and in the middle of everything…. However it’s very quiet In the evenings and early morning because it is a shopping area😁 There was a small set of stairs inside the apartment building, but essentially if you cannot do those, there’s no point in visiting Venice because everything is bridges and steps, et cetera. Lots of areas nearby to eat and drink. Within walking distance of all the main attractions such as Rialto bridge, Saint Mark Square….. Well equipped apartment with everything needed, the bathrooms are small but these are old buildings in the centre of Venice so it’s what I would expect…. Everything still in working order, Which is the main thing😊

Mattresses on the beds were not great and those on the twin beds were most uncomfortable so if they could be changed the apt. would be perfect!

Very central and cleaned

The apartment was nice but there was a constant stuffy air despite we were keeping the windows open. I recommend the cleaners should keep the windows open to allow air to circulate much before checking in.

Excellent location. Spacious. A/C worked well. WiFi was good.

Beds were uncomfortable, very hard. Property has two bathrooms, but we were told we couldn’t use the main one, because it leaked into the apartment below. Seems like this has been a long-standing issue. The usable bathroom was en-suite to one room, which was awkward. Washing machine in kitchen was broken.
