Gorgeous property! Rooms were very spacious. There’s a sink inside the bathroom and outside, so multiple people can get ready at once. It was a great stopping point on the way to New Hampshire during our leaf peeping trip. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This hotel is extremely outdated especially for what they charge for a room. I stayed there for a conference in the late 90s and the rooms looked the same. Extremely overpriced for what it is. I realize it is a ski destination for travelers everywhere, but $300 for a mediocre room in October? The girl at the front desk at check I was condescending and rude. I thought the text at 9am reminding me I needed to check out by 10:30 was also rude. Not very welcoming. I live about an hour and a half away and wanted a luxurious night away above my budget. Kids running and screaming through the hallways was also not impressed. I will never pay to stay there again.

Unfortunately it is one of few hotels in the area. It was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Bedding and towels smelled fresh and clean. Other items in the room appeared clean. Some people didn't realize they could control the air conditioner by pointing the small remote control at the air conditioner above the windows. Maybe make this info a bit clearer? Overall, I was very pleased with this facility.

A great escape from the city life.

This was my third stay at this hotel. It's a perfect place to do an overnight if you're interested in going to the falls in the area. The outdoor pool is huge, the hot tub is right next to the pool and large enough to feel like you aren't rubbing elbows with strangers, the ski hill and lift are in the back drop and there is a bar poolside for those who want a drink (I don't drink so I can't attest to the quality of drinks). The gym facility is really clean as well as the sauna. The restaurant in the hotel did not have the Sunday buffett like it has in the past. We had to order off a menu. The food was nicely presented but average tasting if you're a seasoned foodie. Overall, this is a really clean and quiet place that's centrally located to the area's activities of river swimming, hiking, Sunday River ski lift and shopping in Bethel.

the hotel was in need of renovation, constant rumbling of hvac equipment was a nighttime distraction making a poor sleep. Restaurant food was limited and over priced. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I especially enjoyed talking with Miche during our check-in. He was very helpful.

One person working at check in and a line out the door. Room wasn’t ready so we got to experience it twice.

Nice place, friendly staff. Booked two queen beds but got Murphy bed and pull out couch which sucked.

Staff were all exceptional! Hotel had great activities besides skiing... archery, heated pool, jacuzzi, great gym, fire pits, decks, etc.

Place was amazing, great for skiing there. Only downside restaurant is very expensive and not many restaurants around so its hard to find another cheaper option

Next time we will try to book a room with real beds instead of the Murphy bed and pull out couch. They were not comfortable, but fine for one night.

Location was great, some front desk staff weren’t knowledgeable but the managers were excellent

Very Amazing!!!! Staff was very friendly and informative. Being a first time skier my fiancé and I got the right information from staff and even the manager.

The key system wasn’t working and we had to keep going to get new keys. At one point the front desk attendant got very frustrated with me and said she would come with me to make sure it wasn’t working. There were dirty plates left in the cabinets if the kitchenette which did not make us want to cook and take advantage of that feature. The heat was set on auto at 75.5 degrees and we slept with the door open the whole night. I usually am not one to complain but for as much as we spent on this room we were pretty disappointed.

Loved our stay however...the 2 EV chargers offered were EXTREMELY SLOW. It took all night to charge 30% of my battery. You will see MANY more EV's in the years to come and you must improve the speed and number of available charge stations

Bathrooms have no ventilation

Nothing fancy, but clean and had a kitchenette so had option to eat in. Good basic accommodations 👍

We never received the $150 back for covering the expenses for holding the card and we didn’t use any expenses towards the hotel room so we should have received it back already

Little dated but good value overall

The property was clean and the staff was nice. The problem was we were given a room in the middle of a construction area. There was banging until 6 and machines starting up at 7:30 am. Our room had no refrigerator or microwave and the Balcony was too dirty to enjoy. The pool doesn’t open until 10 am.
