It was awesome! Jason (i think that was his name) was awesome. And Aurelie was so awesome. She greeted us everytime and made sure we were taken cate of. Ot smelled so nice good. My son was even amazed at how good it smelled. So clean and what we expected by the photos. Definitely will stay there again when we come back. Only other thing, i was recently diagnosed diebetic, would love for more sugar free stuff in lobby or for breakfast. Just a thought.

Our trip to see the grandkids was amazing! We found H2Homes during our last trip and will be staying there every time we are in Irmo. The front desk staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and your stay is comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We made a reservation on Expedia months ahead of our trip. When we arrived we had to wait an hour and a half to find out that they did not have a room for us. I've spoken with Hilton, had to make another reservation at a location in Greenville, SC (1 1/2 hours away) at a premium rate so we had a place to stay that night, As of today, no credit has been issued for the rooms in Columbia. I need a credit issued as soon as possible

I see this hotel allows pets and my room was clean but every once in a while i could smell urine around the couch area, the toilet seat wasn't clean, the counter top by the refrigerator wasn't clean, and areas in the shower floor wasn't clean which looked like mold around the sliding shower door. Also the ceiling in the bathroom was pealing. I didn't want to complain since I was in town for my son's army basic training graduation.

Moving on a hot day in South Carolina. Tried to check in at 12:45 pm and was told there would be a $50 fee for early check in. I told them not worth it and cam back at 3pm. Other issue was mold like stains in shower. We decided to try Home 2 about 6 weeks earlier and it was so good we decided to make it our primary travel hotel but this experience has us returning to your competition.

I chose a non-smoking room, however, the person who used the room before me made it completely unbearable to stay in. So bad, that it woke me up multiple times during the night. I got home and I had clothes in my bag, that never left the bag, that I couldn't wear because the smoke stench was so bad.
The worst part was that several of the towels were dirty, I had one towel that I wiped my face with, and I'm pretty sure someone had used that towel to clean their butt. I had to re-shower the stench was so bad.
The overall hotel was nice, the staff was also very friendly, however, the room was less than desirable.

The girl at the front desk was so rude upon arrival with no smile or appreciation. She had an attitude as soon as we walked up to the counter. The room was disgusting. It smelled like a gym and the pillow cases smelled like they weren’t washed. It was awful. I’ll never stay at a home 2 suites again. There are too many other hotels to stay in. Not again

I had a slow drain toilet then it completely clogged and they told me to plunge the toilet there maintenance man is off for the weekend. !!!! I would have called a plumber if I was at my house. The fl room extremely musty and damp and smelled horrible! Like wet dog on the carpet. I drove 9 hours and so exhausted. I thought this was a Hilton and this is the worst one in the us

We enjoyed our stay here! Very spacious and comfortable! Breakfast was okay! Indoor pool was nice! Parking was good! The room itself was clean, it could have used a more deeper clean. Especially the bathrooms! But overall

Great hotel- huge rooms. Very clean. Bathtub was dated and needed some renovation soon but the rest of the bathroom and entire room was clean and new and well kept.

The beds were fairly comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. The negative is the included breakfast. It was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast sandwiches were all hard. The waffle maker wouldn’t cook the batter all the way (probably because it wasn’t the normal batter, some weird wheat and buckwheat batter). The grits had a strange taste to them and the cereal dispenser just crushed up the cereal. The only thing that was edible was the bagels or muffins. The staff was super apologetic about it but claimed there wasn’t much they could do since it’s from the company’s supplier. Great room, skip the breakfast.

Front desk staff was incredible! Mary was extremely sweet and I didn’t catch the gentleman who checked us ins name but he was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our room was not clean. It smelled like animals had stayed in the room. We had to ask for air freshener. Also the sofa bed had blood on the mattress cover. we had to ask for clean mattress cover and clean bedding. When we checked out, they charged us another $115 after we had paid $130 on the day we booked the room. We aren't sure if we will be refunfed the $115. So in all we paid $245 for a dirty room. We will not stay at this hotel anymore.

The hotel seems to be new the outside was nice and up to date. Check in took 2 mins if that. The room was clean and spacious. It was raining when I left and one of the staff members asked if I needed an umbrella so I didn’t mess up my edges lol 10/10

The room and the staff was very nice although next time we will need a room on the top floor because the people above us were very loud. I do not mind using a card for a hold but I would appreciate it the hold was refunded or credited back immediately.

Clean and roomy suites, comfortable beds, modern decor, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Good-sized heated indoor pool that was perfect for our kids. The included breakfast was tasty and you have more (and better) options than the traditional continental breakfast offerings.

Said they would call me back at check in. Never called me back. Room smelled like smoke, gave me air reshener to solve the problem. Still smelled. Staff was friendly just not very helpful. Breakfast was horrible, only came down once.
