we had a party of 5, three adults and two children. we got the room that accommodated eight people, with two overhead bunks and three double beds below. the room was massive with a. couch and a long table, private toilet, private shower room and a “foyer”. loved all the space and very unexpected. there is a men’s and women’s onsen on site. loved the added amenities of free soda and popsicles for guests to cool down after onsen sessions. breakfast was included, more western style but there was a lot of variety. eggs, protein, salad, soup, bread/bagel, etc. we were right next to gora train and bus station with dining options within walking distance. would definitely stay again and one of the more affordable options in the area.

The room was immaculate and cute. Simple but had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good as well.

Very nice experience in this hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean rooms. Definitely will use again.

An ideally situated hotel for a 3 or 4 day visit to the Hakone area. Situated right by the stations and bus stops of Gora. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food at dinner and breakfast was very good. Our beds were placed on a plinth, so not so easy to get into bed (we're in our 70's) but very comfortable.
