Communication with the host prior to arrival was variable; s/he should have given me the name of the contact person at the condo (Raymond) because Raymond was very responsive and helpful once I knew he was the one to contact. The building is very nice and the room is comfortable with a small kitchen, comfortable beds and even a clothes washer, which came in very handy, especially once Raymond brought the laundry drying rack! The only real issue was the smell...the room was clean but it must be the plumbing in the large, high-rise building that caused a foul odor to come from the bathroom and kitchen drains...probably nothing can be done about that. Otherwise, the a/c and fans worked well and there was lots of natural lighting from the large windows in the bedroom, which was very nice. Raymond and the staff in the lobby were very friendllyl and helpful, and the location is great. Conveniently close to the airport and lots of places to eat nearby.

Probably the most quiet place to stay in the Philippines. Outside the building was nice and not third world like at all.

The owner or caretaker that met us, once we figured out how to contact them, was very friendly. Unfortunately, there aren't any more positive things I can say about this property or the check-in process. We booked this the day of our stay, just before getting on our flight to Manila. Once we arrived in Manila at 8 PM we noticed that we were supposed to have contacted the caretaker before 3 PM if we were going to check in after 8 PM. That led to a lot of confusion with the check-in process. The "hotel" isn't actually a hotel. It's a condo within a condo complex. So the taxi drive had to rely on the address given in Expedia. That got us to the West entrance of condo building. The lady at the front desk knew nothing about the "hotel" and insisted we were at the wrong place. She was actually not very willing to help out. We were finally informed by the door security guard that we should try the East entrance. The person at the desk there was very friendly and helped us contact the owner. At this point we have been at the "hotel" for close to an hour. The owner led us to a different building a short walk away, and brought us to our room. It had a fairly strong sewage smell. But, at this point we were extremely tired and hungry so we didn't say anything. Other than that, the room was a little rundown, but at least it was clean, and the beds were very firm but clean. I would definitely not recommend this place based solely on the smell.

Not cheap. Just, inexpensive. Value for your money.

Pros:Its proximity to the airport was the main draw for us. A free airconditioned shuttle that looped around the small area of Newport City was great to have! The night street vendor scene was a delightful surprise. There's a grocery nearby. Cons: The microwave door doesn't shut. One end of the futon's metal spring where the foam was receding hurt my thigh. Overall, it was great location and the property was

Spacious and good condo compared to price. You have to call the host before you arrive, especially for one hour early check-in. Room may be noisy from outside road, but is generally good to stay long.

I was in East Wing Unit 3C. Very clean, modern, well appointed, comfortable, convenient to most everything, especially the airport. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

Fairly comfortable stay the night before my flight. It’s walking distance to NAIA terminal 3. Two issues: I arrived at 11am and was charged a 400 pesos fee to check in early. No hot water in my unit.

the reception told her that the reservation was not there despite the attached confirmation. It took her a few hours to get the room in the end which is unacceptable. Appreciate if you contact the hotel immediately to check why the process did not occur bad time in hotel

Good location and nice condo overall but the place is overrun with cockroaches. In being there only 2 days I killed over 10 roaches. Also first day there the water was brown. When I asked about it I was told they were cleaning the water.

it was pleasing however the room we reserved was not available so they had to move us to other unit without prior communication. if we did not ask, they will not give us back portion of what we have already paid.
