when i arrived they told me there was a security deposit, It was not mentioned in my booking so i explained to them this. They didnt make me pay it and it was just for one night. Other than that they were friendly and accommodating. Security to enter the elevator area. which is a good thing.
My few tips are this......I;d recommend to anyone travelling here for the first time. Download the "GRAB" app to hire cabs or order in food. Also you can get a Philippines e-sim or sim card at the airport.
I didnt see the pool area.

I booked this place for a friend and her family and they loved their stay. The place was clean and there was pool access. The place is accessible to Mall of Asia.
The bathroom. Could have been better.

We did like the place. Malapit sa lahat even walking distance lang ang PITX. We like the place because its clean and comfortable for us. Tahimik ang place.
The room service. We have to ask twice or trice to get us new toiletries and waited for long time. Even wifi password, hoping that it was in the room that we can see after checking. Also the balcony, I hope makakatambay kami pero yung labasan ng hangin ng aircon is mainit so hindi makakatambay sa balcony.
