Happy with the hotel and the service. TRU is not my favorite Hilton brand, but everything was nice.

The air circulation vent and refrigerator are loud. Very clean. Easy check-in. Disgusting Uber car drive to the airport. Filthy car inside and out, headbanger music at 5:30 a.m. Driver did not offer to load or unload our bags from the trunk, Judy popped the trunk, which was half full of other stuff. Glad it was a short drive.

Even though it is a nice property and far more modern than maybe other hotels but it is done cheap. The breakfast is Google like but very unpractical and not comfortable to sit. The rate is definitely overpriced. For the rate your hotel charges there should be a daily room service, instead you offer complementary. You should lower the pice if this is the case. What’s the point of going to a hotel if I have to do everything myself.

Breakfast was terrible two days on a row. Sour milk with ice in container each day. No knives for putting butter or jelly on toast or bagels. Yogurts were expired a month ago and still in their refrigerator

You need the strips in the showers to prevent slipping. The floor in the shower when wet are extremly slippery. We loved the place so colorful and clean.The staff were all excellent except for one who may have been having a off day. Would stay again if in the area.

It was disappointing that there was not a coffee pot in the room. I have not seen that in a long time. It took a long time checking in because there was only one person on the front desk and he was on the phone. Otherwise, the hotel was modern, clean, and fairly quiet. We did have a person above us who seemed to be moving furniture around or something. No carpet so you can hear everything when the person above you moves. Location is a bit odd, right next to a Home Depot and an abandoned Steak & Shake.

I have paid less for a hotel in Paris, a really nice hotel. I would have to say that I was disappointed. I wouldn’t stay there again.

New hotel with a friendly staff. Stayed the night and found the room clean and comfortable.

Nice clean hotel shops around but you do need the car to get to otherwise convenient location for looking around in Michigan Grand Rapids.

This property was close to Comstock Park ,the home of the West Michigan Whitecaps minor league baseball team. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was not fully cleaned found way to many hairs in the bed and in the shower.

Have stayed 3 times before. Staff is great. Only issue is that the rooms don’t have any cups in them.

Clean, friendly staff

During my travels I stayed at 2 hotels within a few days. The Tru by Hilton hotel was by far the best. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! From the moment you walk in through the door they greet you and offer help, suggestions and they're always in a positive mood. Also the overall amenities and look and feel of the hotel is so great! The designs are very nice and the ambience is amazing. I love their furniture and style! When you walk in you have several areas to sit and relax or spend time with family and friends and they have a variety of seating furniture that all looks different and stylish from one another.They have a pool table and area where you can sit down and play board games, they have drawers full of them! The entire hotel was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great and coffee available all throughout the day. I loved my entire stay here.

The check-in was easy, the accommodations were minimal and what I expected, and the room was nice. The only draw back was the VERY slippery shower. I lost my balance and hit my right eye socket with the shower water handle.

Very different kind of place, but I thought it was fun. Great mix of upbeat colors and a young engaging staff. Dining options around the Tru were limited, but for a 1or 2 night stay it was great!

Great clean updated hotel. Easy to get to, friendly staff, Ice machines and recycling containers everywhere which was very cool. The only complaint I have was the beds were rock hard. I guess I’m finally old enough to have a bothered back, hard to get a good nights sleep on vacation with all of that back pain. Otherwise, perfect for our little family getaway. I’d probably return.

It’s super clean, but just a bed and desk. No chair for lounging. I knew it when I reserved it, but I looked for something else first because of that.

Very nice overall. Front desk was friendly, however they were on surfing on their cell phone when we were checking in. Breakfast was good. Nice to have a snack bar available. Could use one more chair in the room for seating. We would stay there again.

The satff there has always been professional and very friendly. I'll always pick to stay at this location whenever I'm in that area.

Easy access to the GRR airport. Reasonably quiet. Very plain rooms and hotel interior. Like IKEA does hotels. Would have liked higher quality (and larger) towels.

Great location! Friendly staff! Our thermostat wasn’t working and the staff attempted a fix, but quickly moved us to a different room when it was not an easy fix. Very accommodating:)

Other then the lobby tables needed to be cleaned everything else was fine. I felt like the peiple at the desk could of been on that

Ok stay. Unfortunately, the 3 am races down the hallway and slamming doors marred a good stay
