great location easy to park close by, excellent communication perfect for the university end of term pick up stay

It's on a spectacular road of large Victorian houses & the room I stayed in was in keeping: it was large & high ceilinged. It & its shower room were very very clean.
The welcome was helpful & friendly.
I hope to stay again in the near future.

Great stuff. Clean and very good considering the price.

Looking from the outside, I thought I got to the wrong place as there is a clinic on the ground floor, however, Essam was super welcoming, and took me to a spacious and very well equipped room- with even a uv towel warmer. There is small kitchen in the property, where I was able to have breakfast due to leaving earlier than most cafes open. The place is super well positioned with lovely cafes, restaurants park and a co-op near by. Much recommended!
