New property, near Shem Crk, very squared away with heavy corporate feel. Good room, beautiful but stark restroom, great shower. Staff friendly, great breakfast, but no happy hour due to covid19, which was four odd yrs ago. Heated pool, did not use. Overall, good and solid chain option.

Great location and nicely updated hotel. We spent most of our time being tourist, so this place was great. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. We'd stay here again for sure.

I was in the area for an extended weekend and was just looking for a place to rest my head and possibly get my day started with a good breakfast. Well, this hotel more than did the trick and the free daily breakfast was awesome. Getting to use the little gym each day was also a nice bonus. Just wish it was like 10 degrees warmer outside so I could have tried out the nice pool.

This was our second time staying at this Hyatt with our dogs and it was excellent. Our room had everything we needed, staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast was great! Thank you Hyatt!

Fairly new hotel. Clean, quite, good location. Maybe a bit too pricey for this time of the year.
Improvement: Somebody would have to clean up the dog poo in the green areas of the parking lot. Nobody wants to step into it when getting out of the car.

Room was a bit smaller than some other hotel brands but was clean. Breakfast was not as hot as it should have been...omelets tepid, tater tots cool. We ended up going out for breakfast after the first day. Staff was very friendly though and the hotel was modern.

We loved our stay at Hyatt House MP. It was convenient for our family to have plenty of space to spread out and cook our own meals. Great location to drive to Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, and Isle of Palms. The staff was incredibly friendly and even allowed us to check out a day early to avoid the approaching winter storm as we headed back north. We truly appreciated it!

Clean hotel with friendly staff in safe feeling neighborhood. Our refrigerator was not working in our room and we were immediately given a different room. Continental breakfast was par for hotel chains.

Very basic property. We had accidentally booked this instead of the Hyatt Place in Mt Pleasant towne center.
One of the rooms smelled like smoke and it is supposed to be a nonsmoking facility

Awesome property. Check in was smooth. Brandon even asked if it was our first time, which is always a nice touch to one's professionalism. Everything was great with the exception of the bed comfort. Sheets were a bit rough/stiff/scratchy, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. This is the ONLY reason we didn't give this property 5 stars. Everything else appeared to be top notch.

We asked for extra pillows each of the three nights we were there to no avail. Why couldn’t the hotel accommodate us? Surely the Hyatt House can afford to purchase pillows for guests who have need of more, more than the 2 per person allotment given per room

Incredible experience at the Hyatt House in Mount Pleasant! I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! The staff was the friendliest I have seen anywhere! The best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, try the potatoes, they are incredible! Clean, comfy bed and pillows! We will most definitely be back!

Our toilet would not flush and was clogged. Waited 2 hours for someone to come fix, nobody came so they gave us a key to the next room to shower. While I was in the shower, a male housekeeper came in! Breakfast ends at 9:00 so we missed breakfast waiting for maintenance. Everything was documented at the front desk but never even got to speak to management.

The room I reserved was a King room with a kitchenette. I was only staying one night, so a kitchenette wasn't necessary.
The hotel overall was lovely and the staff fantastic. The room itself left a lot to be desired. It was overcrowded with furniture, a huge island and a residential sized refrigerator. A normal size person couldn't fit between the refrigerator and the island; begind the island was a shelf unit with a table lamp, totally unnecessary. The bar stools were heavy and hard to move (they didn't match either). The room was surface cleaned but there was blood spatter on the wall in the bathroom, a huge crack in the shower tile and dirt and scuff marks on the lower walls.
The bed was super comfortable which was a real plus.

Food was okay, not the best quality but the coffee was great. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional (hence the 4 out of 5) room could have been brighter and you need to update your carpet would suggest you go with wood or tile since pets are allowed. Over all would stay here again for the price and location which was excellently centralized to most tourist attractions and restaurants. Your staff gets 5 stars!!! thank you
