Pillows were horrible. I could have stacked together and still would have been flat. Otherwise nice place; love Home 2 Suites

The room could have been cleaned a little better but overall we enjoyed our stay, very quiet and very helpful staff.

It’s a shame cause I been here before and everything was clean. Dirty sponge with food under the counter and no liquid dish detergent and dirty shower its not acceptable. This is just basics and I know cause I was a housekeeper for years here in Bismarck and Colorado. Short of staff doesn’t mean a bad job. Again it’s a shame and more for price. Definitely I’m going to try another hotel. Cleanness it’s everything.

Overall the hotel was good. BUT, upon entering our room, we discovered old food left in the fridge from the previous guest, there was chocolate smashed into the one night table, and there were crumbs in the fold out couch. We let the front desk know and they apologized but didn’t offer to do anything to correct this problem. I was not impressed. Besides that, it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast options could have been better.

I'm tierd of the policy of housekeeping not turning the room evey day. I didn't know the 1st day, i left early and forgot to ask the 2nd day and on the morning of the 3rd day i ask for a cleaning and i was told housekeeping was to busy to clean my room. Unacceptable.

Unwilling to work with a guess who was not able to travel due to road closures and no travel advisories. Greedy hotel property that screwed a traveler out of room rental. Since the room is rented they better not re-rent the room to individuals stuck in the area due to weather!

Friendly and was quiet with all the kids around for tournaments.

We booked this room based on the reviews. So we were disappointed when our room didn’t live up to those reviews. We got a one bedroom suite and the front desk (they were the BEST part of our stay) said we’d love it. When we got into our room, the grout in the tile floors had food in them. We pulled the pullout bed out for the kids and the sheets were on it and very dirty with food and God knows what else. I couldn’t stomach trying to figure that out. Got what we could cleaned up and I didn’t want to look into more of the room for fear it would be worse. Go to get in the shower and there were pubic hairs everywhere. The shower wasn’t cleaned. Even some of the hand towels were noticeably dirty. It was very frustrating given the amount we paid. This last issue was on us but still frustrating. I forgot tooth paste this trip and went down to see if they had any of those little packets of tooth paste that we’ve gotten at every other hotel I’ve forgotten tooth paste at but had to pay for it here. Again, that is our fault, just wish they’d have the travel stuff like StayBridge, Courtyard, even Fairfield Inn.

Main reason I stay is the beds are comfortable and I need that for my back.

Usually I'm staying just on there's hotels. But this time, the room was not cleaned. They moved us into a different room , and the heater had errors. And at 11 pm you don't want to stay and move rooms multiple times. It's very disappointing.

Perfect experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room is well maintained. Breakfast is better than most. They have pre-made omelets and breakfast bowls to heat in the microwave, as well as wafffle makers, and other items. Had a nice conversation with Lois about the city and the near blizzard conditions that we had wandered into. She gave us great advice and reassured us that we could go about our business in Bismarck for the week dispute the weather.

This one was of our favorite hotels we have stayed at all year. It’s cozy . Clean . And all the staff were very very nice and helpful. Especially the breakfast ladies . They were all so very sweet. They even let us do a later check out without a charge . I would definitely recommend this hotel .

We had a really good experiment. I will say is the best hotel I have stayed in Bismarck. The breakfast was simple, yet with a different assortment of options that you usually see in a hotel and very tasty 😋. The only down size is the pool is very small and only 4ft deep and the hot tub was not working and that was no communication of that on Hotels.com so we were disappointed about that. Overall the staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the room layout of the room was beautiful and efficient.

I normally spring for cheaper hotels but I thought I’d stay here for a little more money. I wish I hadn’t. I walked in to Daniel on his phone. Stood at the counter while he played his game and when I asked to check in, he heavily sighed and said “the other guys not up here.” Proceeded to check me in and was short and rude when asked simple questions. Came down shortly after to him vaping in the doorway . Went to shower and found hair in my shower. Went to make a quick dinner and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and food in the bottom of it. When I checked out, the front desk girl was very polite and attempted to apologize. Until an older women with a back brace cut in and said “we keep the dishes stored in the dishwasher. So that’s where we keep them”. That doesn’t mean I’m expected to have a dishwasher full of someone else’s dirty dishes. I’ll never stay here again.

My husband and I were greeted warmly when we first arrived and given excellent information about the facility. The room was immaculate, the facility up to date. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the kitchen was set up for cooking. We received assistance immediately when any issue arose.

I enjoy staying here. Its beautiful and efficient. Love it! I hope daily cleaning of the rooms will come back but I understand we aren't there yet.

We were greeted by Michelle, who is wonderful, welcoming, and a great representation of how awesome this hotel is. We are traveling with a dog but are typically disappointed by the cleanliness of pet friendly hotels. This property is spotless! The room is immaculately clean, including the dishes that were all in the dishwasher upon our arrival to demonstrate they are ready to use. The room is spacious and includes nice touches to make travel more enjoyable like a wheeled table for dining, an abundance of outlets, and big dispensers of shampoo and body wash in the shower. Thank you to Michelle and to the rest of the crew! Your attention to detail is noticed and appreciated.
