The location of the hotel was the only nice thing. The breakfast was okay.

This hotel is in need of serious updating. The tile floor in the bathroom was cracked and our toilet seat looked like someone took a heat gun and melted it, felt very unsanitary. Our beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Our bedding had little pink stains on it. The pool area was very messy. Their were no clean towels for our kids to use. The dirty ones were strung out everywhere. There was water everywhere making it very slippery. Staff should have collected the towels and squeegee the pool floor throughout the day. The kid working the front desk was seen most often on his phone.

The price for one night !

Came to visit my children and take them to the water park, we played games and I bought them new toys. Well it’s a few days and. Now the hotel charging us $300 for “trash” and room conditions saying that it was trashed. We are sorry that my children left toy boxes and pizza boxes in the trash but isn’t that what maids get paid for? Idk very upset with this hotel and wouldn’t recommend to anyone staying that will leave trash.

Stop charging people for picking up a hotel Room. Mind you it was the “Suite”.

The customer service was friendly. The pool area was grand. Our room was comfortable and quiet.The lobby was welcoming.

The breakfast area needed a bit of attention. The eggs and sausage were a bit on the cold side. The orange juice was more so sunny d. We watched a beetle scramble around until losing sight of it.

The pool and water slides were great.

The bathroom was dirty. The lighting very poor.

Always clean. Staff is polite. Good breakfast.

Waterslide under maintenance. Hotel needs a little work to restore it to better accommodations

Friendly staff

The pool areas need some work and cleaning. You can clearly see mold on the slides and in areas of the pool. Rooms could use one TLC our bathtub has chips in it and the door looks like it’s seen better days. the tool cards didn’t work properly.
