AluaSoul Sunny Beach - All Inclusive – Adults Only

incredible stay. real all inclusive including food almost 24 hours a day. includes food, drinks, cocktails... the staff was amazing. they went out of their way to make our stay amazing. we arrived late at night and there was dinner waiting for us in a private room.

Very modern and clean.

The property was well-maintained, and the rooms were in good condition. Housekeeping services were reliable, with staff attending daily. The food at the main restaurant was satisfactory. In addition, the property features two specialty restaurants offering Bulgarian and Asian cuisine. These require advance reservations; however, when we attempted to book, no availability was offered until after our departure. It would be beneficial for guests to be informed of this requirement in advance, allowing reservations to be made prior to arrival. Beverages were readily available throughout the day, with a good variety on offer, although the quality of the coffee could be improved. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the main restaurant was well-managed, with team members efficiently maintaining cleanliness and order.

We enjoyed the animators(especially Kiril), the service at the bar and the quality, and variety of the buffet.
