The main problem that I experienced was the elevator didn't work until the end of my stay.

It was clean and the Staff was very Helpful and kind.. Only think was that the bath porcelain was chipping and we brought our flip flops So it was not hard on the bottom of our feet Otherwise I rate it a 10.

Wonderful place to stay. I bought rooms for my adult kids for a wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great w frig and microwave.

Though we arrived late in the evening at about 11pm, we came to find out then the elevator was out and the only accessible we requested was on the 3rd floor. I have spoken on two different occasions earlier in the day to hotel staff and NO ONE stated their elevator was out. My husband was having total knee replacement surgery the next morning. I was not going to ask him to walk 3 flights of stairs. It was a really crappy way to find out we had to find a new room at 11pm at night. Thankfully Wyndam did find us a room for the night. This hotel...a zero for communication.

A comfortable stay, was a convenient location for our event.

Overall, the hotel was clean staff was efficient was located within the old town area. Had a number of restaurant choices with you easy walking distance or short drive.

Fast check in with very courteous staff member. Room was clean and everything looks modern.

very nice clean facitliy, very quiet. the eating utensils could be a bit studier, they are hard to eat with because they are very cheap.

Parking is at ground level, while everything else is on floors above. The layout of the whole place seems odd, but in particular the hallway into our suite was like a maze with access restrictions. The room was smaller than we’re used to for a suite, too.

I was on the third floor and it was loud, with people yelling at each other, until after 2 AM.

This place has great staff services, offers great amenities (including breakfast), and is safe, quiet and easy check in and out. I have a pet and really appreciates places like La Quinta that are pet-friendly. It allows me to be able to travel with ease. The only thing I'd recommend is to have some sort of cover to place on furniture (couches, chairs) if people are going to let their pets on these furniture. They're harder to clean and deteriorates the furniture faster.

Good value for Clovis. Gym equipment works, breakfast is good, water pressure great in shower. Bathtub was backed up though and the HVAC system has a creaky sound throughout the night. Iver stayed here before and would stay again.

Interesting structure. Parking is under the hotel & you take the elevator to get up to the lobby. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Location was safe.

First room , a ragged dirty towel was left hanging in the shower. Second room , floor of the shower was falling apart, cushion on the chair was heavily stained. Both rooms along the walls the carpet is very dusty, you can see it, behind the chairs in the corners are all dusty.. In front of elevator in garage was covered in dog urine, saw a dog with it’s owner there and the dog was urinating owner did nothing.

I’ve stayed at this property three times now and have never been disappointed.

Th entire hotel experience was superb

Only compliant is the shower curtain was too short and the Bathroom floor was soaked after my Shower in room 322.
