The stay could have been better , my keys did not work , our pull out bed was broken with no sheets or blankets had to call took over 35mins to get it . The microwave was broke and had no plate so could not be used , the tv was unplugged and not working . The shower had no hot water or pressure , overall the stay was terrible these ladies are under staff and it shows I will not be staying again or recommending this hotel unless things get better .

This is where I stay whenever I visit Clovis. Staff is very and helpful. I love the fact that they have good bedding, and that the beds are very comfortable. I’ll be back!

The first breakfast we had, the juice machine gave out warm juice, and the "hot water" was "warm water". Then, when the night that it rained, we tried turning on the heat in the room, but the room heater did not work.

Staff was very helpful with our need for a third bed. A convenience store is across the street. Restaurants and shopping are less than 3 blocks away.

I did not feel safe parking my car in the parking area. Not the cleanest place I've stayed in. Will not stay here again.

Decent for a night but the walls are very thin. Staff friendly and helpful. Surprisingly good continental breakfast included for hotel standards. Just a bit noisy overall. Good if you’re in a pinch for a night.

Just not enough competent staff from a Cridsy night. Sam was good but just not trained well.first crrdif card we gave her didn’t save. Then, We were in the wrong room and had to change to a different floor. Then we were called back to fix the card that did not save on the computer . Somewhat of a fiasco.

Dirty and broken. One problem after another, but the highlight was when housekeeping came into our room, didn't clean anything, and instead left fried chicken on the floor. Never staying here agin.

We were in Clovis for an event. They let us check in early and Chena at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed our short stay.

Room was dirty upon check in. Hair in bed, meldew in shower, light fixtures extremely dirty. Staff was very helpful and breakfast buffet was great.

I love how spacious and comfy, how there's an inside wash area for clothes. Very helpful. There was no disturbances, housekeeping doesn't knock at the door every 2 minutes for check out. Lol overall clean well kept up hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

Drawers in dresser would not stay closed,faucet in bathroom was running the whole ,I think I over payed 280 for that room was excessive,then as we were at the heated breakfast one of the workers annoced to the room to not get more on your plate no waste is the way I took it but she said they were running out .this. Was at 8:30 am

The space was nice and the staff was outstanding. The walls were thin, I could hear clear conversations, snoring, walking around above me and other noises that woke me up in the middle of the night. I suggest people pick the 4th floor.

Very nice property and staff. I wonder if smaller rooms would reduce your staff work hours. As a single traveler the room was to big by 50 percent.

Key cards don’t work in the doors of the room. Takes 10 attempts to get in. Elevator call button didn’t work. Automatic front door doesn’t work, and again the option for the key card at the front doesn’t work. Frustrating. Nice room, nice hotel… too bad, can’t access any of it.

The front desk person was very friendly and kind. The room was dirty in certain areas and the street was very loud next to the room. Between the cars driving by and the people above me moving around, I could barely sleep.

Everything was great. Very nice room. Only issue was the shower. Slow to warm up water and pressure was pretty weak.
