The hotel was modern, clean and had friendly service. For extra 10$ you had a breakfast that was quite abundant. The room was great, super clean and comfortable. They also have a shuttle to the airport every one hour.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Room was nice and big and the service was fantastic. We had help with our luggage and in the morning there was a shuttle to bring us to the airport. The restaurant was very nice to have but it was pricey and the food was just okay. Nice courtyard to relax and unwind. Great place, super close to the airport, quiet and comfy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Solid place to stay if you need a room near the airport in Casablanca. Rooms were clean and courtyard was quite nice

The Reception was good, was efficient, cheerful. (Kawthar was good) The concierge /baggage help was very good. The Bar & Restaurant had two personnel, nice friendly and super slow. Took hours to get someone to take an order, and then time to deliver, and the billing was very slow. Possibly a third person at the Restaurant would help. They were however , cheerful. The hourly shuttle drop to the airport is excellent

Check in was quite slow. Bathroom not clean, and shower flooded the entire bathroom before running into the main room which reached the bed, and underneath the door to the hallway. Front desk unapologetic and gave me a key to a different room which didn’t work so I had to go back to reception.

Very nice airport hotel. Clean and modern, minimalist but certainly adequate. Restaurant had good food. Shuttle runs 24 hour a day and left on the minute from the hotel. Definitely recommend upon need for airport hotel.

Booked this hotel for a 16 hour layover in Casablanca, with the idea of having a place for the group to shower and store our luggage while we explored Casablanca. The front staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating, stating that no more than 2 persons could enter the room (there were 5 of us but the plan was to shower and leave) even when we explained we were leaving for a tour then going back to the airport. While I understand different hotel policies, the staff was extremely curt and made us feel unwelcomed.

The staff here was very rude. We went in with a booking for 3 people in one room and he stated that the rooms were only for 2 people. He would not accommodate us and when we tried to talk to him, he ignored us and laughed at us and was very rude. The rooms themselves barely had any amenities. There was no hairdryer. There was one bath towel in a room for 2 or 3. There were barely any lights. Staff was unresponsive to our requests and took a very long time to get us more towels, etc. when we took the “free” shuttle to the airport (that is a 3 minute drive away), they asked us to pay them even though it is advertised as a free shuttle!! Major scam.

Very nice calm hotel . Unlike an airport hotel . More boutique style . Clean and reasonably priced. Friendly staff especially the waiters in the dining room . Front desk clerk helpful and polite . I highly recommend this Hotel .

This hotel is close to the airport and offers free shuttle to and from the airport every hour. The hotel is basic. It has limited dining options. The breakfast is not that great. The bed is not very comfortable. This is a basic 3 star hotel.

We only stayed at the property for 10 hours on a lay-over between flights in/out of Casablanca. The shuttle was convenient, but only runs every hour so there was a bit of waiting for it to leave the airport, whereas we knew the departure time when leaving the hotel. The room was very nice, and would be great for longer stays if needed. We wanted to get some drinks at the restaurant bar after we checked in, and the service was slow. Also there was only one clerk at check-on and with the large number of people taking the shuttle, there was a long wait there.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, but the shower was GROSS. I ended up choosing to wear sandals in the shower itself as there was so much black mold and mildew in the corners of the shower, and I am not a picky person. The food was ok - my husband got a chicken burger that was good - I got a quinoa salad which I would not recommend. Basically, cold VERY wet quinoa covered in guacamole... it was a flavor combo like mixing french-fries and bananas - it just didn't go.

I have to say, the two men working the front desk both during the day and evening/early morning are exceptional in customer service. Our early morning flight had been canceled, and the manager was extremely flexible and supporting me and my wife if we needed to stay longer. All the Hotel staff were exceptional. The food was good and service excellent.

Hotel is modern and pleasant. Some staff are good especially Bahia. Nothing around the hotel but it’s good for a night before or after flights. Shuttle is good but it’s a shame it only runs on the hour. It would also be good to have a coffeemaker or a kettle in the room.

Room was adequate. No hair dryer. No US shaver outlet in bathroom. One tiny waste basket. Staff we met were very helpful. Restaurant was pretty good but said they were out of some things in the menu we tried to order.
