The staff at reception were super warm and welcoming. They were quick, too! Made sure to check if I was a Hilton Honors member and have me my snack bag. Throughout the weekend, they greeted me each time I past the desk.
I had two small dogs with me, and those were welcomed as well.
Bathroom was CLEAN. I don't see that very often. Nice! Kitchen was spotless, & well appointed.
Only complaint was the bed was too hard for me.

Arrived before 10:00 pm but had to wait to be let in . A guest let us in as no one was at the front desk. The front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly.

I booked a room and my son had to go to the emergency room the night prior snd we found out that next morning they werent going to discharge him. Hotels.com were willing to refund me the money but the hotel had to agree as well. The hotel wouldnt refund me the money so i was out the money

Feels cheap and smells like sewage.
We only stayed because we had no other choice and were traveling with 2 kids
The room was sooo smelly since we first walked in. It smelled like a wet dirty dog.
Footsteps upstairs kept us up. Even the hallways leading to our room were a bit smelly.
Breakfast items are ok.

We needed mid-way stop between San Diego and San Francisco. Found H2S for a good price in Bakersfield not knowing what to expect. The hotel was right off the freeway, very convenient, quiet, and well maintained. Denise worked the room during breakfast to make sure everyone was having a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely adore this hotel! Everything, from the friendly staff and the spacious, beautifully clean rooms to the variety of breakfast options, the open-floor plan design, and the stainless steel appliances in the kitchenette, makes me feel right at home when I'm here.

The room was great, the breakfast offered was surprisingly good and the staff was friendly and polite! If I'm ever in Bakersfield again, I would definitely stay here.

The hotel and staff were lovely, and this isn't the hotel's fault, but we had someone large running back and forth above us from 1 to 3 a.m. There was no phone in the room so I didn't contact the front desk. The noise was awful and we didn't get a lot of sleep.

The rooms were perfect & were very roomy for the 3 of us. Having the list of nearby restaurants was great & we enjoyed our takeout dinner from Frugatti’s-which was we were able to walk to. Overall I would stay here & recommended this to friends.

there were so many great amenities. The hotel has thought of every detail a family might need during a stay. However, there were an out of order ice machine in our hallway and a strong sewer odor. Additionally, the tile area by the elevator was not mopped for two days as it had wheel tracks and sticky spots in the elevator. The lobby bathrooms were not very clean either. I brought these to the attention of the front desk. I believe they were addressed.

Very noisy, could hear the people upstairs walking back-and-forth and people next-door from Jack and Jill door. Showerhead barely had any water coming out of it and drain plug was broken. Inside shower handle was improperly repaired, still looks broken. Other than that, it was very clean and great personnel. First bad experience from a Hilton Hotel.

This hotel is one of the top places we’ve stayed. From the amazing customer service to the most comfortable and clean room with amazing amenities and a variety of yummy breakfast options. If I can take one of their beds home I’d be so happy. It’s a very quiet hotel too, my family slept in til 8, which is so rare for us, lol. This will definitely be our go to hotel when we’re in town visiting our family here. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay.

The hotel was very modern. We arrived and the front desk person was talking with another employee in the back area. It wasn’t a huge deal but we were in a hurry to check in and meet someone. We were put in a room with an adjoining door. We could hear the people but not a big deal as it was still early. We were getting ready for bed and we could hear them, I responded to the text I received from the front desk earlier that day and it got quiet within a few minutes. I was very appreciative for that!

We went up to see a couple of bands play at the Nile Theater. We spent very little time at the hotel but is was very nice. We would stay here again.

I was rather disappointed in breakfast. Some items stopped getting restocked an hour before the end of breakfast time. Many items were cold, stale, and not fresh. Oatmeal looked to be a day old. Eggs needed a knife to cut. No syrup for the waffles. I've certainly had better options and better quality.

This was definitely something convenient for us. One thing for us, the location. It was very close to where we needed to be without being inside of town with all the traffic, so that was a plus. The staff indoors were very courteous, and the rooms were very big and clean. The breakfast was also a plus for us. Thank you to the staff!

The room was good and front desk staff during the check in time in the evening and night was friendly and helpful.
However, the morning breakfast was plagued with lackluster service. We had to keep asking for items to be restocked for breakfast service.

Nice people, clean big room..but the tv wouldn’t work, a streaming net issue. And shower was luke warm. They’re people were attending to the issues as they were quite known.

This is not a 5 star hotel but its really nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Built in 2019 so still in good condition. Its fully equipped for longer stays and lots of space for families.
