Sakura Cross Hotel Ueno Okachimachi

The hotel is very nice and clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are all friendly and accomodating, one of them speak english and the the rest use google translate which is helpful. Aoi even help us bring our luggage on 4th floor. Every 2nd day they supply us new towel and collect our garbage. The hotel is close To train station and 7-11 and theres a restaurants close by (Sukiya) must try ☺️😋. I would definitely come back to Sakura and stay again. Arigato gozaimasu Sakura Cross Hotel

Pros: great staff, close to children park, quiet local neighbourhood, family room has bunk beds. Cons: no pajamas or amenities provided, slightly out of the way from major attractions, no lift

A was a good hotel a little to small for family of 3 people

Location is great, fairly easy to get to from Narita and to nearby train stop. Supermarket nearby. I booked 4 bed Large room and the beds were large and comfy and so was the space for the price range. Bathroom is spacious for this price budget. Stairs are tough for those with lots of large luggage so be aware. They do need to do a better job maintaining the staircase as it started to smell, look worn and dirty and dim and dark. The room is clean and fantastic though.
