HOTEL WINDS ASAKUSA Capsule Inn 浅草

The location was very convenient, with small train stations and bus stops just a couple of minutes away, while Ueno Station and Ueno Park were also within walking distance. The capsule was more spacious than I expected, and the lower capsule was comfortable, quiet and felt secure for keeping my belongings. The staff were always polite and helpful, and the cleanliness was maintained really well throughout my stay. One thing I'll especially remember was experiencing an earthquake on my first night in Japan. The people staying there were very kind and reassuring, which helped me stay calm. I also happened to meet some really nice people during my stay, and they made the whole experience even more memorable.

Honestly, there wasn't anything major that I disliked during my stay. The lounge was a little smaller than I expected from the pictures, and there isn't really a kitchen, only an oven and kettle, so that might be something to know beforehand. Apart from that, everything I needed for a comfortable stay was available.

アクセスが良く、価格もリーズナブルでありがたかった、部屋のキーカードがないと宿泊フロアに行けないようになっており、セキュリティがしっかりしていると感じた。追加料金を支払うと大浴場も使用できる。

Simple Capsule Hotel, good location and a nice gym

They need to change beds more frecuently, all towel baskets have mold, a visible amount, they just don’t care

The experience is fair for the price you pay. Hot spring bath facility is good. The place is clean. There are lots of instructions so I was never unsure for too long. Good selection of amenities.

Unfortunately the hotel itself is a bit far from the nearest metro/train station, but that can't be changed. Feels like there is not enough luggage space for everyone, it was too cramped. I think there was only two shower stalls for the ladies only floor, and it didn't seem enough at all.
