A delightful.place to stay,staff friendly welcoming & very helpful. Great location in centre of village & added bonus of model village free entry & 10% discount on meals which were delicious.

The hotel room was cleaned daily and was done to a high standard. Staff from booking in to checking out were friendly and polite. Good breakfast enough to start the day off. Couldn’t fault it .
Evening meals are of a high standard and I would recommend anyone to eat there.
Parking was a little on the tight side particularly during the day time.

Lovely stay, room was great and clean. Comfortable bed. Location is a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Bourton on the water. The team are friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit limited and it makes sense to arrive around 4-5pm as the crowds start to reduce, especially if you’re staying at the weekend. Would definitely stay there again
