The Owner was pleasant and helpful. The property was in good condition and in great location. Breakfast was delicious. Easy walking to sights & restaurants. Parking was a bonus. Would recommend a stay here.

A wonderful location, safe, quiet, and peaceful. A 10 minute walk to shopping and great restaurants in Bourton-on-the-water, a picturesque village. The Coombe House was decorated nicely. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. David was a very gracious and helpful host. We enjoyed the breakfast room, with the tables set up nicely and a big window to look out with a beautiful view of the garden area. I liked that we were able to check off our breakfast choices on a menu David provided for us the night before. We had plenty to eat, and it was delicious. David served us well, and we enjoyed good conversation with him and the other guests.

Everything about our stay was five stars! David, the proprietor was gracious and helpful, the room was immaculate and had every amenity we could have wanted, and then some. The breakfasts were outstanding. I can’t recommend Coombe House more highly! Nancy and Cindy
