Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Location was great with easy access to public transport. Loved the interior decoration of the room which was related to the wharf theme. Staff was friendly and responsive. Starbucks coffee was free during the stay. Clean and tidy.

DO NOT USE THE VALET PARKING provided by Propark Valet services. The valet damaged several areas of my vehicle and they denied my claim for repairs using a falsified damage report as their justification. The falsified damage report Propark used to deny my claim was never shown to me, was never prepared in my presence, and was never authorized nor signed off by me while using their valet services. Additionally, the falsified damages report they created to deny my claim had additional damages included that did not exist on my car. I provided all of these details along with pictures to Propark and they still denied my claim and did not car whatsoever when I told them I would be filing a lawsuit. This Hotel forces it’s guest to use the valet services because you cannot park the vehicle yourself and there is very limited off-site parking available in the area and due to the increase in vehicle break-ins in San Francisco this all creates a very difficult and problematic situation for parking. The Hotel itself was also an issue because our rooms had very strong cigarette odors, the heating/cooling system was outdated and would blow out dirty air, and the Hotel had no solutions to resolve these issues when brought to their attention. Do your research before staying at this Hotel and do not under any circumstances park your car using the valet services.

This hotel is amazing! The beds were very comfortable, the staff are some of the friendliest we have encountered, it is very clean and modern, and close to public transportation. We will definitely be back!

Very noisy stay as it was a busy Hotel but the beds were comfy and the room was a good size.

We stayed here for three nights, the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. But there is a garbage dump outside the window, and we are woken up by loud noises around four in the morning every day. So we couldn't rest at all from four to seven o'clock every morning. In addition, there is no microwave in the room. If you need to use it, you need to go to the front desk, which is very inconvenient.

I was actually rather disappointed with this hotel and the courtyard around the street. in fact it think it is every hotel in the area from what i looked after i pondered it for a while. The big draw to staying in this area is distance from the pier, that is it. The parking cost is a total scam, but so is parking everywhere there, so it is appropriately scamming. I wish they just took care of their guests vs scamming along with them. beds were the same good quality beds we know from marriott, but found myself longing for a standard run of the mill marriott hotel vs a resort hotel that had nothing resorty about it.

They refuse to work with you if you need to make changes to your reservations if you book through a third party. Yet they only book online. My family and I had COVID and they still refused to work with me on changing my reservation or refunding my money.

Great location, friendly staff, housekeeping was exceptional. Access to free laundry facilities was greatly appreciated on our 3 week road trip. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Immaculately clean. Lots of little extras like flavoured water in the lobby, complimentary coffee etc. Fabulous location opposite two really good breakfast venues. Room was very big and comfortable with every need catered for. Loved our stay and we will be back.

Nearby Walgreen is a plus point. Spacious room. Very comfortable for a family of 3.

Nice stay- great location

The staff were really friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel rooms were lovely, clean, spacious and modern. The hotel was situated in a good location, close to fishermans wharf/pier 39 and the alcatraz tours. Also close to the trolley start/end points to get to union square and other attractions. Lots of choices of restaurants close by. Very walkable and safe.

The hotel is located 2 blocks from the pier and all thea restaurants and tourist areas..great service from valet parking,to the helpful staff in the front desk jo ann and diti always checking on us and helping us ..

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. You need to use a valet parking as a must, which increases your stay rate.

Nice room and great for walking around Fisherman’s Wharf. Easy access to Alcatraz trips and biking across the GG bridge. The only real negative is valet parking at $75 per day. It is convenient but adds significantly to cost per day.

Great hotel! Lovely modern rooms! Very friendly staff - one of the nicest I have ever been :-) We really enjoyed our stay in San Francisco. Area at Fisherman Wharf is stunning. Loved the morning complimentary coffee at the bar :-) Only the voices from the neighbors in the rooms above are not good - a footstep sound insulation would be really good (the highest floors seem to be reserved for residents ...) Last night we moved to the 3rd floor - thanks to the very understanding receptionist.

We were celebrating my birthday and 55th anniversary and never had a better time. It was a wonderful stay the desk clerk Pricilla, was absolutely fabulous, she sent us a basket and wine for our anniversary. Definitely will stay there again.

Walkable, convenient location. Clean. Staff friendly.
