Good location near Fisherman's Wharf. Stay went really well, no issues or problems.

Nice hotel in a great location, close to Fisherman’s Wharf, we caught the No 30 bus at the nearby stop to go to Chinatown very easy. Walgreens Pharmacy and market nearby was convenient for snacks. The hotel staff were very helpful nothing too much trouble.

Our balcony room was to close the dumpsters, we were woken up very early in the morning. Hopefully next time will request a different section of the hotel.

Beautiful clean hotel in a supremely well situated position to pier 39, ghirardelli chocolates, maritime museum, tram departure and so much more.
Room was clean with good linens.
Negatives: parking cost was astronomical (nearly $74 with taxes) and the destination fee was also high. For two nights we paid over $200 in addition to the cost of the hotel…a little surprising.

The hotel provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere, which was just what I needed. I particularly enjoyed the assortment of games available at the front desk, adding a fun touch to the stay. The rooms were both comfortable and spacious, providing ample room to unwind. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the piers made it convenient to explore the area.

The hotel was very clean. Each person who worked there was always helpful and friendly. And the lobby was so inviting and friendly looking. It made me want to get out of my room to do things like check my email and work while waiting to get the day going. I plan on staying here again when I return to SF.

I enjoyed the stay but was greatly disappointed at the photo shopped pictures on your website when my "city view" looked over your parking lot. That should be against the law.

Great hotel for families, the kids loved the game room and the heated pool and the oreo cookies in the evenings.
One complaint is I wish the restrooms had fans.

Pros: Loved the clean and simple decor of the room. There were so many ports to charge our devices. Location was perfect for our visit. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Slight mildew/mold smell in room. Had to keep windows open to keep air fresh.Height location of card reader (required in elevator) made it extremely difficult to juggle the card and my other items.

Hotel is in the perfect location for a tourist trip to San Francisco. Rooms where nice and clean. Disappointing not to restick coffee in the room after first night and there was some damage in the bathroom. But overalll a decent hotel.

Loved this spot. High value considering the room quality, amenities (game room was super cool) and available parking. Being so close to the Wharf and so many great restaurants was a huge plus as well. Having accessibility to provided bikes is also a classy touch. Parking was reasonable and being able to keep our car and luggage safely onsite until 6pm on the day of check out, gave us an entire extra day of vacation essentially. We’ll be back!

The location is perfect for walking around. The rooms are clean and the staffs were all friendly and helpful. My only concern is the extra cost… destination fee (what is that) and the high price of the parking fee. Why are we charged parking if it’s your property and we’re already paying to stay there?

We had an amazing time and the staff was friendly and so welcoming! I would stay there very single trip to SF. Great location as well! I felt better knowing there was security in the lobby as well. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

I have stayed at caza 4 times now and every stay is a little worse. I paid extra for a “partial bay view” and got a view of a wall. I was told because my room faced the direction of the bay it is considered a bay view. Not happy. The room had mosquitoes flying around and the thin possibly single pained windows made it hard to sleep with city noise outside. Went to the bar at 9pm and got told beer and wine only cause the bartender had to catch a train home at 10. Just not a great experience!

Hotel is not very clean, they have massive hidden taxes and fees. There is little in the way of amenities. Staff is lazy and not helpful. Even just to get some Tylenol you have to use a vending machine that will charge you and not provide anything.
Better to pay more and go to a five star hotel, in the end it will be the same price or cheaper.
I was trying to save money for a quick one day trip we had to make by booking here. It’s at best a two star hotel with five star pricing.

Fantastic. Great amenities, friendly and accommodating staff. Too cold for the pool, but it looked good. Exercise room had good selection of equipment: weights, treadmill, Nordic and stationary bike. The door closer on my room was too tight, I reported it to Carlos and he had it fixed right away. Look forward to staying there again when I come to San Francisco.

Super cute hotel, close to everything touristy which was perfect because were there to see Madonna and have some fun in the city.
*The beds were really comfortable.
After we checked out we were allowed to leave our car at no extra fee so we could go have Dim Sum in China town and not worry about parking there before we left.

Overall, the hotel is ok. The lobby is nice and has lots of activities. Our room however was a different story. The room was mostly clean however there was lots of black mold near the windows. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. Parking was also outrageously expensive. We probably would not stay here again.

Great location, good service. Front desk staff had great suggestions re dining. Walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf. Fun in house activities for kids include pool table, arcade games, jenga, cornhole all in the lobby bar area.

We had a great time in our first stay at Caza. Location was great for visiting pier 39 and the parks by the Golden Gate Bridge. Hotel staff was very friendly and hotel was clean
