I am VERY picky about the hotels we stay in. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean. Smelled clean. Very quiet and in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had a full refrigerator and dishwasher which was so convenient! We will be staying again!

Stayed one night, not much parking by the main entrance, requested an end room but at no time was it offered. Very quiet rooms despite being by the highway. Nice size rooms, convenient kitchenette area but our ceiling smoke detector randomly triple beeped once at 9:30pm and 8:15am. Told the check out lady and she didn't seem to care. The beds are absolutely terrible, uncomfortable firm mattress, pillows are flatter than reason and the blankets were short to the king size bed. Breakfast was ok, decent selection but warm food was not desirable. We'll pass on this hotel on our next Grand Rapids trip.

Room was nice and clean loved the kitchen area. Bed was a little hard for me but not horrible. Breakfast definitely could use some help. All the whole grain and wheat was not tasty at all. Eggs were cold.

We were in a first floor room and it was very loud. We had a king suite, which I did not anticipate being on the lowest level.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and looks brand new. I cannot get over that there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, full-sized microwave, dishes and utensils in the room! And all for the reasonable price! I’ll definitely be back!

The women working front desk on January 20th was fabulous. She worked none stop to help get us situated with Expedia.

Room was clean. Could not check in at 3. Room was not ready. Had to wait around till 4 before we could get our room. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was pretty dirty and the waste was overflowing at 1 pm. Lobby bathroom also overflowing waste. Pool was dirty and sides need to be scrubbed. No towels left in pool area at 10 am. Elevator (one of them) was not working whole time, and other took a long time to come. The smell in that elevator was disgusting. Someone must have spilled or vomited, and there was a very strong smell of cleaning solution that was sickening. Spot on carpet in room was if a pet had peed there. Breakfast was adequate, but there was no hot water in lobby to make tea the whole time, even though teas bags were provided. Also no ice at breakfast or in lobby at coffee bar (which was filthy) and no water there as well. I guess if you don't drink coffee, there was nothing else. Staff was helpful and friendly, though.
