Very good hotel, very clean. Just be aware that there are stairs and the elevator is very very very very slow and only fit one person 😃

The room was lovely with steps leading up to the bathroom, and nice buffet breakfast also included. There was air conditioning in the bedroom (not powerful enough to also cover the bathroom but this was ok). We had a Whatsapp message daily to ask if we would like our room cleaned. There are a lot of steps up to the rooms, but there is also a lift which was useful for our suitcases. Great location - only a 5 minute walk to the old town :-)

the location is good, about 1 mile from Bari Centrale train station and about .5 miles from the Old Town.
I asked for fresh towels after day 2 and was told that I would receive them, and never did. The bath towels don't dry in the bathroom. So, that was annoying to me. Also, the TV didn't work.
Breakfast had a nice assortment.
