Stay was great left a $5.00 tip until we check out and get a 100.00 charge on are credit card without a word! After we already have been without lights for 4days from the storm damaging are home and out of money for repairs with a 3yr. old son that don’t eat by mouth that has to use a pump plug up to feed through a tube in his stomach that was ridiculous to go through this at the hotel.

Arrived around 7:30p with no one at the desk. There was a sign stating they were away, helping a guest but it was not where one would check in.Another guest and I joked about taking snacks and sodas but of course we didn't. I walked behind the desk and no one. The other guest finally called the desk from the lobby phone and out pops the employee. Once in the room, I went out to the car 3 different times and again, no one at the desk, however, the sign was now where one would stand to check. in. I did like the full size frig. Room was clean and big enough for me, even with a king beg. Could not get on the internet.

The stay was overall very excellent, especially for the cost! Small issue but important, the Tv remote was not working well. The staff came twice but the remote never worked correctly.

Room was never cleaned in the four nights we stayed. Had to ask for coffee, etc to be refilled always.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. We stay because it is clean, staff is friendly and helpful and most importantly to us it is pet friendly. We have no complaints with the inside of the hotel, but the outside green area to walk the dogs is awful. They currently have weeds that are knee high, some slightly taller and appears completely unkept. We hope that you are able to get this problem corrected quickly!

The front door to the hotel was not work the front desk woman was extremely rude

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Our room was very easy assessable the whole experience in general was phenomenal.

The room and amenities were perfect for our needs. The hotel boasted breakfast in bed, but there was definitely no breakfast of any kind! Christian at the front desk was very helpful.

The door to the room didn't latch closed. It was open upon coming to the room. I couldn't have left the room with my things in it. Once inside the extra locks kept the door locked but i didn't feel safe at that point. Manager gad ti guve me a new room

We had never heard of the MyPlace hotel brand, but were very pleased. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and hotel pretty quiet. Conveniently located, safe parking lot, friendly staff. Full sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), microwave, 2 burner cooktop, and sink.

Bed squeaked loudly every time I moved (even a little). Couldn't get to sleep or stay asleep because I could hear loud snoring from the room next to me. Had to turn on the tv to drown it out.

The staff was amazing. Who doesn't love a good sense of humor after a long drive? The room was very clean and the amenities were great!! We would highly recommend MyPlace, you won't be disappointed.

This hotel was a little hard to find in the dark. It was a nice hotel and we liked our room except the bed was a little too firm for us. We did not make it down to breakfast so I can’t say what w how it was. My husband liked that our room had a little kitchen in it and commented that it would be nice to have during longer stays. Our room also had a very comfortable recliner in it and a very soft blanket at the foot of the bed.

I checked the reviews before I booked this hotel and now I think they must’ve been fake. We had to change rooms three times. The first room had not been cleaned. The second room did not have running water in the sink or the toilet. The third room we went to was ice cold because the heat had not been turned on and it was 8° below zero outside! we turn the heat up as high as it can go and then we went to the movies. Luckily, the room was warm by the time we came back The pictures of the hotel are really deceiving. I met the manager and check out and I told her my experience and she apologized. I know I won’t stay here again

The room was clean. Our stay was ok overall. We thought it was strange that we had no bathroom hand towels or washcloths. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Way to hard.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel room is clean except we did have dried spit out toothpaste on our bathroom sink that the maid missed. Other than that it was nice.

It is pet ffriendly, which is important to us and the price was a good value. Room was clean and bed comfortable. A few restaurants are within walking distance.

No one was at the front desk when I attempted to check in.
There was an employee in the lobby who I'm guessing was getting off work. He had to go find the on duty employee. When checking out, there was also no one at the front desk.

Room was very nice. The property was clean and well kept. Great dining and shopping close by. Was disappointed I saw breakfast in the motel description but missed the paid part.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was great, hotel was clean and I got a discounted room through Expedia. I will definitely stay again when I’m in KC.

We drove 5 hours to find out the motel overbooked us so we had to find a different motel. A huge inconvenience for us as there were not a lot of rooms available this weekend.
