Hotel did not match description and staff did not want to be helpful. Could have paid the same amount elsewhere and had much better experience and accommodations

The room smelled of must and dander, stuff all over the walls, floors wreaked and were not clean. The space said over 500 sq ft, and this room was not even close to that at all!

There's about 5 hotels here, and I think it is the best of the bunch. The staff is very nice, checkin and checkout were super fast and easy.

Expedia booked me in an unavailable room, luckily the staff was very attentive and was able still get me a room that fit the needs of my wife.

This is an extended stay hotel. They only change linens weekly. And no breakfast. Room was very nice. Bed very comfy

The hotel staff was easy to understand, friendly an very accommodating. The location was very convenient to the Overland Park Regional Medical Hospital. However never did see any complimentary breakfast type foods offered.

This property is located next to a Costco, Sams Club, and the Oak Park mall with several options for food easily reachable. The area is very nice and overall an excellent experience. Facilities are clean and everything works, which is starting to become harder to find these days.

The room was a King Suite and while we were only in the room for about 10 hours,there was debris and hair on the bathroom floor, a scrunchie hair tie that was in our bed which made me wonder if the sheets were even washed. I had planned on showering but after seeing the debris and hair around the bathroom I wasn't comfortable to do that.

We were staying for 2 nights so they didn't clean the room after 1 night which wasn't so bad but didn't bring any clean towels or anything for the next night. Had to go to the front desk to get them ourself

I could never check in to the hotel, and I never stayed there due to the power outage and I never knew when it came back on seeing that I never got any calls from them regarding if the room was available when it did come back on.
It was the worst experience I’ve encountered but it would have been nice for staff to check on reservations when power was restored. Having to sleep in your car in a hotel parking lot was NOT idea.

We had to find a new hotel quickly due to power outages in the area. The folks at this hotel were extremely accommodating, super friendly and incredibly helpful. Our experience has been so superb we are now switching our reservations for our trip next weekend to this hotel.

Staff was amazing and allowed us to check in 1.5 hours early because our kids had a basketball tourney and wanted to shower and get dressed prior to games after traveling for 8 hours. Thank you!!

We stayed for the weekend. The room was very clean. The mattress was not as comfortable as we would have liked and the chairs seemed a bit old. Bathroom fixtures seemed pretty new. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I would definitely stay somewhere else for the money. This was a last minute reservation, usually I do a little research on my rooms. There was a dirty towel left hanging behind the bathroom door, the tub did not drain well so we had standing water while showering and water pressure was not good! There is no breakfast and no pool that I could see. The beds were comfortable, but that’s the only really good thing about the room. It way over-priced for what you get. I will definitely stay somewhere else next time!

Nice stay, only 3 small things werent great. 1) the recliner didnt recline at all - 2) the shower head needs updated or clr needs to be used 3) the tv remote needs a user guide for people that dont have Direct tv in their home

We were in town for a softball tournament and my daughter needed to check in before I arrived. I had another parent take my daughter to the hotel to check in. On my way to the hotel I got a phone call asking if I was aware that my daughter was checking with someone other than me. In todays world with all the trafficking that goes on I appreciate a company checking on things like this. Want to thank the hotel staff and the hotel for having policies in please to protect people. Well done.

So clean and friendly staffed. With the exception of a loose toilet seat n a bathroom sink that didn’t drain very well. The two Queen room set up was awesome!
