When we checked in we were informed that the pool was no longer imdoors and itbjad restricted hours, which we were not informed of prior to arriving, bit the general manager was very nice and showed is great customer service and she upgraded us to a king suite

Older hotel needing upgrades, there was a wedding so it was busy and louder. We would stay again.

The checkin, facility, room, even the temp restaurant was excellent. Checkout was an exercise in ignoring the guest and focusing only on the admin work of the receptiinist No trolleys for checkout, was told they were all on 8th floor. They were 8 of them unused by workers setting up for event. At checkout asked for bill was told we dont give them out because reservation was third party. A simple piece of paper? The customer experience is what makes or breaks a hitel Tien the receptiinist had no concern for the customer experience onky her job assignments

The pool was heated, but it was outside. The hot tub was great, but getting out of it when the temp is in the 10s was extremely hard

Had a bad snow storm but the parking lot was clear. Also had a water heater go down but it was repaired quickly even during the snow issue. Thank you for taking such good care of your guests.

Customer service guy very nice, but advertised restaurant its closed and and indoor our door pool but its outdoors and cold! Plus hot tub is outside and green turn jets on and smelled of mold gross. We picked this because kid could swim but NO. Good thing Bass Pro had Santa

My wife said it’s very clean and I had no issues sleeping. If she approves it just book she has ocd and is Latina.

Outside pool was nice and warm and hot tub just right (but only one jet worked). Hotel’s restaurant was closed on Thanksgiving day, but they provided complimentary coffee and pastries which was a nice touch.

Only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. Desk person was unaware of this. We were tired and hungry and no other options close by except for being able to buy a frozen pot pie or pizza rolls at the desk.

Desk staff, both days and nights...excellent, cheerful and helpful. Property itself? The bed was quite comfortable. However, the bath was in terrible shape, poorly designed...pieces falling apart...no vanity. Windows are too thin, allowing sleep jarring noises in all night. Should be soundproof.

The staff were very helpful. They showed us where our room was. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was being remodeled so they had a special room set up. The food and particularly the service were excelent. We would recomend this hottagain.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room and the hotel throughout. The staff was kind and friendly. I met the maid one day and her genuine kindness and helpfulness was so refreshing. I was disappointed with the bathroom door that wouldn’t lock and was loose. Also the area where the clothes hung was very dark, you could hardly see in it. Lastly the heavier curtains didn’t pull together. They only had about a 5-6” rod. The lights from outside were shining. We were a room overlooking the front of the hotel.

Hotel is a bit dated. For the amount spent, things like breakfast and such should be included. Rooms are clean, but you can tell there is wear and tear. Our door handle didn't always work, the pleather finish on our ottoman in the room was peeling and worn. If you are staying for a team event, and others are staying, prepare to wait for elevators. Staff was very friendly & helpful, though.

Good stay but when we checked in they gave us a room that was still being occupied! The room they gave after that was fine and clean.the shower was a little broke. The elevator are tiny!

No hot water. 45 minutes later, was finally offered another room. Had to quickly pack up and change rooms. Thermostat didn't work in the 2nd room. Found discarded needle apparatus on the floor. Realized I had left an important (and expensive) item in the 1st room. The front desk assistant had no desire to be helpful and with a very nasty attitude, I was told that I couldn't obtain the item until the following day. She said someone was in the previous room and only housekeeping could get the "lost and found". I asked her to check the name, and it was still under my name. I asked if I could get keys back to go in and retrieve my item. She refused and again, said I would need to wait until the following day -- even though the room was not occupied and had not been cleaned yet.

My tv didnt work, has a weird crime scene patch in the carpet. I walked through the.lobby which roped off mostly.and wreaks of.bleach. its been a hour since I walked through and I can still smell and taste bleach. Holiday Inn standards arent met here at this one.

Planned this night for a girls night because it had a hot tub. The hot tub didn’t even work. Really disappointed, would not book again.

TV was tough to watch while on a side wall, with bed and couch at opposite ends of the room. It swiveled a little but not enough.

The good; our room was very clean and the hotel is in a good location. The bad; very expensive, no exhaust fans in bathroom, elevators are very small. You can barely jockey a luggage cart into the elevator.
