Property is new, clean and we located near retail, highway, hnd has good parking.

We got the suite and all 5 of us had plenty of room, very clean and bedding was comfortable. Very nice place to stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Soringhill Suites! Check in was quick, hotel was clean, breakfast was great! We would have liked a light over the toilet in the bathroom. The other thing is it would be nice for the milk fridge to be counter height. It is hard for someone with back and knee problems to get so low to the ground get their wanted milk and/or yogurt.

Not professional. Multiple Checkout calls are ridiculous and expected to checkout before 11.

While leaving the hotel Monday morning to the parking garage, the sidewalk was so slick from ice, that i fell on to the ground. No salt was poured knowing the weather conditions. There was also a lot of ice on the stairs in the parking garage.

The Hotel and surrounding area is is new, clean and nice. Easy to get to off the highway and there are dining options within walking distance.

We liked the hotel and the staff at the front desk were very nice. There was a nice variety of food at breakfast and they kept everything filled. Our only complaint was we were there for 2 nights and our room was never cleaned. We had to go ask for clean towels so we could shower.

I loved that this was not in a “busy” part of KC, which is why I chose Lenexa.

We loved staying at Springhill Suites! The most important things for us were that the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing!

Very convenient off of 435 l breakfast was lacking in variety. Hallways smelled very musty. Room air cond temp conrtol pretty funky. Way too much humidity. Clothes felt damp in morning and also when we got back in evening. Parking on back side with entrance on lower level very inconvenient

I’m writing this review at 5:40 am because I couldn’t sleep anymore on the terrible mattresses in this hotel. My 10 year old daughter just woke me up because her back hurt from sleeping on these beds. In my opinion, there is one thing that hotels MUST get right, and that’s the comfort of the beds. Everything else was good about the hotel, but the beds felt like I was sleeping on a thin futon mattress back in college. The worst nights sleep I have ever had in my life at a hotel.

The hotel was nice and in a good area. The only negative was the location of the bathroom and the fact that it was a sliding door with a poorly working slide mechanism. The bathroom was right in the middle of the room where the TV would normally be. The TV was tucked away in the corner and visibility wasn’t the best from the second bed.

It’s a beautiful hotel but the parking is difficult. It requires a lot of walking. The front of the hotel is very inconvenient for unloading and check in because there’s little parking space and traffic is right next to you!

Very clean hotel and friendly staff, especially the gentleman who was stocking the breakfast- he is such a sweet, helpful guy! The beds were comfortable and it was so nice that our group of 5 to be able to stay in one room with the 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. We had such a nice stay on our way through town that we stayed there again on our way back!

Hotel overall reaaly nice and rooms overall very good. Entrance is a little inconvenient as is parking a liitle different than most. Room was great very spacious. Thermostat was a little tricky . Bathroom in middle was a liittle wierd . Gentleman and Lady running the buffet were great. Convenient location for us to visit family so would stay again

This is the best value for your money. Very moderate rate and it looks like a 5-star motel. Clean, comfortable, very modern looking and excellent hot breakfast. We will be back.
