We have stayed here a few times now and will return again. This hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and the staff are kind.

Really good hotel in a nice area. Lots of construction of new businesses, etc nearby. Will probably be even better in the near future when the rest of the businesses are moved in. The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness was because the sleeper sofa had not been changed into new linens and there was a little girls pajama shirt still in it when we opened it. We assumed the previous guests who used it did not leave it open to notify that it had been used. Called the front desk and they took care of it immediately and with a great attitude. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the place was quiet.

Overall ok, but did not like the fact that on multiple day stay maid service was not performed daily. Pure corporate greed. This hotel was too expensive not to have daily maid service.

I was so pleased and impressed with this hotel, one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed at. I traveled with my son and we were so well take care of. It was safe, good breakfast, clean hotel and the staff was awesome. Especially Jonathan he helped us out so much and went above and beyond.

Very nice hotel in a great location just off I-435. Plenty of food and other retail near by. Great place to stay and we will stay there again👍

This hotel was amazing. I wish the restaurant was open, and there was more parking, but WOW. What a great place to stay. The service was fantastic, clean room, great breakfast, bar was priced well. Just an overall great place.

Everything about the stay was nice until the end at checkout. My husband and I came down at 6am to checkout. There was no one at the front desk when we came down. We waited a few minutes and looked around and then a young lady came out from the back with head phones on. She checked her phone before addressing us. She pulled her headphones down around her neck and her music was loud enough for us to hear from across the desk. She addressed us in a curt, unfriendly way. After our transaction was complete, we waited on couches for our Uber. As she continued to work around the front area, she put her head phones back on and sang out loud. Overall, it was no big deal, however if I managed the hotel, I would not be pleased with her behavior. It was unprofessional and training should be provided on how to behave in front of customers

We arrived early and the hotel clerk that was at the front desk, didn't get his name but he was young and very personable. I even told my son who manages properties in the area that I came close to asking him if he would be interested in moving to another job! :) He was fantastic. He even remembered us the next morning and was very happy/friendly. Love his joy! You don't see that very often in the service industry any more. We would stay again just for that fact alone! However, the hotel was nice as well. It is showing age in some areas but was clean.

Everything was great except the shower head. I realize they want to save money on water but not being able to rinse of takes allot longer anyway!

Despite the key machine not working and a large line of people needing rooms, the staff did a good job of getting us into rooms and keys later. The shower heads though leave a lot to be desired and there is very low water pressure. Additionally, their food delivery came at 4 am and was right outside our window banging loudly for close to an hour. It was not the best trip we have had staying at this hotel. But overall the place is nice and the people try very hard.

Generally, everything was good, the room was comfortable, breakfast was good, the pool wasn't working due to maintenance and there was one issue with the cleaning

The property used to have food available (they had breakfast), but said staffing shortages led them to not have food available. They charged me $2.00 a night for parking and parking was somewhat limited. These points brought down the overall rating of the place. Not staying again given the choices that are available.

Check in was super friendly, rooms were large and really nice. Showers were huge. The breakfast was terrific and there was a wonderful BBQ place right next door. We had a great stay!

A nice, clean hotel with good service. Pretty good pool as well! The bathroom lock in our room wasn’t aligned correctly, and there aren’t microwaves in the individual rooms. But a nice stay overall.

We stayed here for a night during our road trip from GA to Colorado and it was great. Staff was really nice, room was clean and beds were cozy. The restaurant directly beside it was absolutely delicious.
